Hola amigos y espero que estén disfrutando su fin de semana.
Hace unas semanas atrás, estuve viendo una serie llamada “FROM”. Para aquellos que les gusta el género suspenso casi terror, se las recomiendo totalmente, la verdad es que he visto muchas series y pocas me han llamado la atención, esta, es una que apenas vi la portada, decidí darle play. Así que sin más, vamos al grano.

For those who like the suspense genre almost terror, I totally recommend it, the truth is that I have seen many series and few have caught my attention, this is one that as soon as I saw the cover, I decided to give it play. SINOPSIS:
Trataré de ser lo más general para obtener tu atención sin que luego te cuente toda la historia y te haga Spoiler.
Existe un pueblo en donde la gente que llega, no puede salir otra vez, por más que lo han intentado no han conseguido salida y en las noches cuando se pone el sol, todos deben resguardarse en sus hogares con talismanes de protección para que unas criaturas extrañas con aspecto “humano” no los asesinen.

SYNOPSIS:
I will try to be as general as possible to get your attention without then telling you the whole story and making you Spoiler.
There is a town where the people who arrive, can not leave again, no matter how hard they have tried they have not been able to get out and at night when the sun goes down, everyone must shelter in their homes with talismans of protection so that some strange creatures with "human" aspect do not kill them.

Quizás pienses al leer la sinopsis que es una película o serie más de monstruos nocturnos, pero la verdad es que esto va más allá, puedes tener muchas conclusiones al respecto con estas criaturas, que mientras vayas viendo la serie pensarás que son muertos, luego que pueden ser brujas, y así a lo largo de las dos temporadas que hasta ahora tenemos disponible. También te pone a pensar en lo que es importante realmente en tu vida si un día simplemente vas en tu auto y ese viaje será sin retorno a tu vida cotidiana.

LOOKING A LITTLE BEYOND THE OBVIOUS:
You may think when you read the synopsis that this is just another movie or series about night monsters, but the truth is that this goes beyond that, you can have many conclusions about it with these creatures, that as you go along watching the series you will think they are dead, then that they may be witches, and so on throughout the two seasons that we have available so far. It also makes you think about what is really important in your life if one day you just go in your car and that trip will be without return to your daily life.

No quiero tener que contarte la historia o ponerme en debate, pero una de las cosas que puedes llegar a pensar es: si los que llegan, no pueden salir, cómo hacen para obtener alimento? Esa, entre muchas otras, es la pregunta con más incógnita que a mí me causó, habrá un complot? Será otra dimensión? Será que estas personas están muertas y no lo saben?

DETAILS TO OBSERVE:
I don't want to have to tell you the story or get into a debate, but one of the things you may come to think is: if those who arrive, can't get out, how do they get food? That, among many others, is the most puzzling question for me, is there a plot? Is it another dimension? Could it be that these people are dead and do not know it?

MI OPINIÓN:
De muchas series y películas que he visto, ninguna había tocado un tema parecido, ojo, no soy cineasta ni he visto todas las películas del mundo, pero esta historia o esta trama no la había podido ver en ningún otro filme. Si eres amante del género de suspenso, te la recomiendo mucho, ya que desde el comienzo te atrapa, va al grano pero va desarrollándose a lo largo de sus capítulos con información nueva. No la llamaría terror como tal, porque si bien tiene escenas con criaturas extrañas, no es para asustarse por miedo a ellos como tal, sino a lo que sucede en el pueblo y la ansiedad que causa no saber cómo salir del mismo.

MY OPINION:
Of many series and movies I've seen, none had touched a similar theme, eye, I'm not a filmmaker nor have I seen all the movies in the world, but this story or this plot I had not been able to see in any other film. If you are a lover of the suspense genre, I highly recommend it, since it grabs you from the beginning, it goes to the point but develops throughout its chapters with new information. I would not call it horror as such, because although it has scenes with strange creatures, it is not to be scared by fear of them as such, but to what happens in the village and the anxiety that causes not knowing how to get out of it.

CALIFICACIÓN:
En cuanto a puntuación, creo que le daría un 8/10 porque me mantuvo pegada todo el tiempo, y no le doy más porque lamentablemente la serie tiene aún 2 temporadas y no ha terminado, así que quedarás en suspenso hasta el último capítulo de la segunda temporada. Según he leído, la tercera temporada se estrenará en 2024. Así que a tener un poco de paciencia.

RATING:
As for rating, I think I would give it an 8/10 because it kept me glued the whole time, and I don't give it more because unfortunately the series is still 2 seasons old and not finished, so you will be left in suspense until the last episode of the second season. From what I've read, the third season will premiere in 2024. So to have a little patience.
