¡Hola hola comunidad! ✨, hace ya bastantes días que no paso con una reseña, y resulta que ya hace varios días también que ví la película de la que les hablaré el día de hoy, y es que resulta que antes de caer en el espiral llamado asignaciones de la universidad, aproveché el tiempo libre que iba teniendo para ver algunas películas y series, y como yo me he declarado fan eterna del género romántico, obviamente que no podía dejar pasar la oportunidad de ver ésta historia, sobre todo porque había visto algún par de reseñas buenas acerca de ella, y de hecho desde ya les adelanto que la película fue un acierto total, pero no diré mas y aquí los dejo con el post 💕.
Hello hello community! ✨, it's been a few days since I last wrote a review, and it's been a few days since I saw the movie I'm going to tell you about today, and it turns out that before falling into the spiral called university assignments, I took advantage of the free time I had to watch some movies and series, and as I have declared myself an eternal fan of the romantic genre, obviously I could not pass up the opportunity to see this story, especially because I had seen a couple of good reviews about it, and in fact I already tell you that the film was a total success, but I won't say more and here I leave you with the post 💕.
Del género romántico, ésta película cuenta la historia de dos completos extraños que un día coinciden en un aeropuerto, ella siempre llega tarde y eso la llevó a perder su vuelo, él siempre llega con antelación y eso lo hace estar justamente en el momento y lugar indicado para conocerla a ella, una cadena de eventos sincronizados y algunos malos entendidos serán los desencadenantes de ésta historia de amor entre una norteamérica y un inglés, un romence que nadie vio venir, pero en donde definitivamente participo la probabilidad estadística de enamorarse a primera vista 🤭💕. Si se las cuento así suena interesante ¿Verdad? 🤭, esa evidentemente es la idea, porque aunque parezca algo loco, realmente los acontecimientos de la película ocurren así, podría llamarse destino, pero claramente en la película nos dejan ver que de trata de matemáticas 📚.
From the romantic genre, this film tells the story of two complete strangers who one day coincide in an airport, she is always late and that led her to miss her flight, he always arrives in advance and that makes him be at the right time and place to meet her, a chain of synchronized events and some misunderstandings will be the triggers of this love story between an American and an Englishman, a romance that nobody saw coming, but where definitely participated the statistical probability of falling in love at first sight 🤭💕. If I tell it to you like this, it sounds interesting, doesn't it? 🤭, that's obviously the idea, because although it seems a bit crazy, the events of the film really happen like that, it could be called destiny, but clearly in the film we can see that it's about mathematics 📚.
La historia es bastante centralista, es decir la mayor parte del tiempo nos centramos en los protagonistas, además la película cuenta con un narrador que es quien nos presenta a estos dos personajes principales y quien además nos da cierto preámbulo de lo que será la historia, y justamente con el narrador es con quien quiero empezar, porque aunque al inicio era un elemento que me agradaba y me pareció interesante, llega un punto de la película que honestamente aburre un poco, o mejor dicho, llega un punto en la trama en el que desgastan el recurso y de hecho hacen ver que toda la historia de los protagonistas se da exclusivamente por éste interviene, porque si el narrador o aclaro de una vez, la narradora está involucrada en la trama por lo que otro recurso que utilizan es el de romper la cuarta pared, entonces si estamos durante toda la película usando la voz en off y hablándole al espectador, evidentemente ya hacia el final de la historia hemos sido sobresaturados de éste elemento, y además llegamos al final y encontramos que la narradora ni siquiera se despide 🤣🤣, no aparece de nuevo para decir adios, eso me pareció una falta de respeto 🤣.
The story is quite centralist, that is, most of the time we focus on the main characters, the film also has a narrator who is the one who introduces us to these two main characters and who also gives us some preamble of what will be the story, and it is precisely with the narrator that I want to start, because although at the beginning it was an element that I liked and seemed interesting to me, there comes a point in the film that honestly gets a bit boring, or rather, there comes a point in the plot where they wear out the story and in fact they make it seem that the whole story of the protagonists is given exclusively by this intervener, because if the narrator or I clarify once and for all, the narrator is involved in the plot so another resource they use is to break the fourth wall, then if we are throughout the film using the voiceover and talking to the viewer, obviously by the end of the story we have been oversaturated with this element, and also we get to the end and find that the narrator does not even say goodbye 🤣🤣, does not appear again to say goodbye, that seemed to me a lack of respect 🤣.
Los personajes secundarios no tienen mayor relevancia, pero la verdad es que como dije en el apartado anterior, la historia es bastante centralista, aquí el resto de los personajes si bien tienen su historia aparte y se presenta rápidamente, sobre todo la de los padres de ambos, su función real es la de acompañar a la pareja protagónica a que finalmente acepte sus sentimientos por el otro y tome la decisión de arriesgarse, porque recordemos que ésta es una historia de amor a primera vista 🤭. La verdad el hecho de que los personajes secundarios no se integren tanto a la trama no me molesta, la historia en sí no da pie a que tu sientas la necesidad de un desarrollo del resto de los personajes, desde el inicio sabes que todo se centrará en los principales y el proceso que lleva su romance, así que al menos a mí no me sorprendió que no le dieran mayor participación al resto.
The secondary characters don't have much relevance, but the truth is that as I said in the previous section, the story is quite centralist, here the rest of the characters have their own story and it is presented quickly, especially the parents of both, their real function is to accompany the protagonist couple to finally accept their feelings for each other and take the decision to risk, because let's remember that this is a story of love at first sight 🤭. The truth is that the fact that the secondary characters don't integrate so much to the plot doesn't bother me, the story itself doesn't make you feel the need of a development of the rest of the characters, from the beginning you know that everything will be focused on the main characters and the process of their romance, so at least I wasn't surprised that they didn't give more participation to the rest.
La película tiene un foco principal y es la estadística, sale incluso en su título 🤣, y podría parecer que simplemente es un elemento creativo que utilizan para hacer llamativo el título, pero no, desde el inicio la narradora nos da a entender que será algo importante, y tan presente está que de hecho es la profesión de nuestro protagonista, me gusta que fue un elemento que se usó mesuradamente, inicia y finaliza dando la estadística, pero no se sobreexplota de manera innecesaria. Sin embargo, lo mejor de la historia son sus protagonistas, lograron sacarme esas sonrisas típicas que me salen cuando estoy viendo un romance que me gusta, y eso solo pasa cuando realmente veo una quimica amena entre los protagonistas, y definitivamente eso se logró en ésta historia e hizo que para mí fuese una excelente película, estuvo bien lograda esa relación lo cual era importante porque si hablamos de amor a primera vista, si no se logra una buena química fácilmente la historia se ve forzada 😌.
The film has a main focus and it is the statistics, it even appears in its title 🤣, and it could seem that it is simply a creative element used to make the title flashy, but no, from the beginning the narrator gives us to understand that it will be something important, and it is so present that in fact it is the profession of our protagonist, I like that it was an element that was used in a measured way, it starts and ends giving the statistics, but it is not overexploited unnecessarily. However, the best of the story are its protagonists, they managed to get me those typical smiles that I get when I'm watching a romance that I like, and that only happens when I really see a nice chemistry between the protagonists, and definitely that was achieved in this story and made it for me an excellent film, it was well achieved that relationship which was important because if we talk about love at first sight, if you do not achieve a good chemistry easily the story is forced 😌.
