I hope it's not against any rules to make your contributions accessible to people from different language areas?

Not specifically, but nowadays it takes one mouseclick to create another language version, no "capabilities" needed.
I am not sure if it is the intent of this platform to create multiple language versions without letting people know about it and getting rewarded multiple times for the same content. You can try but it can then anytime happen that someone might flag you.
Well, I thought it's eough when visitors can see this on my side, but if that's the only problem I will let people know it in future in my contribution, so thanks for the note.
