I'm probably not the first to talk about this series but I just took the time to watch it and bring a review for those who haven't seen it yet or don't know what it's about.
Probablemente no soy la primera en hablar de esta serie pero recién me tomé el tiempo de verla y traer una reseña para aquellos que aún no la han visto o no saben de qué se trata.
It is a mini series in fact and it is produced by Nicole Kidman and it stars Elizabeth Olsen, omg, Elizabeth is like wine, the more time goes by the better she gets, this woman has become very beautiful and not to mention her acting in this production.
Es una mini serie de hecho y está producida por Nicole Kidman y es protagonizada por Elizabeth Olsen, omg, Elizabeth es como el vino, mientras más pasa el tiempo mejor se pone, esta mujer se ha vuelto muy hermosa y sin mencionar su actuación en esta producción.
Speaking a bit about this production, it is based on true events and it is not finished yet, there will be 7 chapters and so far 4 chapters have been published, the rest will be revealed starting on May 11, through HBOMAX.

To go into more detail, this series is supposed to tell us what happened in the 80s, more than 40 years ago where there was a murder that left an impact on the United States.
We have 4 protagonist. Candy Montgomery wife of Pat Montgomery, then we have Allan Gore and his wife Betty Gore. They are all friends or so they were.
Tenemos 4 protagonista. Candy Montgomery esposa de Pat Montgomery, luego tenemos a Allan Gore y su esposa Betty Gore. Todos son amigos o eso eran.
Todo comienza porque Candy se siente insatisfecha debido a su falta de vida sexual y en uno de esos días decidió hablar con Allan Gore y proponerle algo indebido, que terminó en una relación extramatrimonial.
Obviously this was something that was not going to end well, since they were all very close friends, people who dined together and even participated in church activities.
Evidentemente esto era algo que no iba a terminar bien, ya que todos eran amigos muy cercanos, personas que cenaban juntas e incluso participaban en actividades de la iglesia.
The truth is that the series is not over yet and this is all they have told us, but beyond that, I want to tell you that this is about a macabre murder and we, the viewers, will see through each chapter how this love affair happened and how it turned out. How turned into a murder, the real unknown of all this is: Will everything have happened as it was told?
Lo cierto es que la serie aún no termina y esto es todo lo que nos han contado pero más allá de eso, quiero adelantarles que esto trata de un macabro asesinato y nosotros los espectadores veremos a través de cada capítulo como sucedió este amorío y cómo se convirtió en un asesinato, la incógnita real de todo esto es: ¿Habrá sucedido todo como fue contado?
Voy por el 3er episodio de esta sirie y la verdad es que esta muy bien hecha, me atrapó el hecho de qe está basada en hechos reales, pero no tenía idea de que Nicole Kidman era la productora, me gustó tu reseña, está muy bien hecha, gracias por compartirla.

La trama se ve como el fuego 🔥 me llama la atención. Creo que soy uno de los que no la ha visto 🙈🙈, quiero ver el impacto. Además me gusta el formato corto de 7 capítulos. Me imagino que debes estar ansiosa por ver los restantes.

La verdad es que sí, mañana sale el 4to. Es que me intriga ver cómo acaba todo esto (aunque ya lo sé) quiero ver cómo será interpretado en la serie
Hola @josehany sabes que vi el trailer y me pareció súper interesante, incluso lo sencilla que se veía pero la trama oscura detrás, dos personas miembros comunes de la sociedad, religiosas que no siquiera sabían cómo empezar un romance y de repente uno aparece muerto, me dije debo verla, está en mi lista.
Realmente es buena, merece la pena verla. Y el hecho de que es algo que realmente sucedió, lo hace un must watch
Lo actores son muy buenos, y la trama tambien, sobre todo cuando es basada en hechos reales da mas escalofrios, gracias por compartir :D
