Review on Lead actors role

Welcome to my blog.

I watched this Nigeria movie titled ”Suspicion”, and it reminded me of how I viewed actors' roles in movies.

There are actions that have successfully outlined a specific role in movies that it seems off when you watch a movie, and they are acting what they are not known for.

For example.
Marie is known to act the wicked stepmother role well, and the next movie of her you watch, she is acting the role of a pitiful mother.
It will seem off.

Though, they say main actors should be good in whichever role they are given to act in movies.

I also find it strange when a known actor who acts main role in movies is subjected to act subordinate roles.
Or when they make appears once or twice in a movie.

I just see it as a waste of funds.
Though, I know during advertising the movie they will project the well-known actor well.
And be like, he is part of the movie, and his role is significant.

The above movie I mentioned, Richard Mofe-Damijo also known as RMD role in the movie, isn't significant.
For a well-known actor like him to make an appearance once in the movie, it doesn't make sense to me.
Though, it gave the movie this hot glance of a possible part two.

Because his identity was revealed in the ending part of the movie, making you taste for more.

If you like Nigeria movies and believe in black magic, then you should see the movie.

I am not writing a review on the movie because it is based on belief and culture.

There are things that happen in life that, no matter how we dig to unveil the truth and true meaning.
We can't.
There are things that need to be left untouched.

A trending movie last year (2023) “She Must Be Obeyed” is an example of actors and their roles in movies.

The movie is a combination of lots of well-known lead actors in movies acting the subordinate part, making their appearance irrelevant.

But, they nailed their roles, making us see a different picture of movies.
Our views were channelled in other aspects.

So, a twist every now and then in movies is more fun and creates a different view in the entertainment industry.
