Hello everyone, this is my first time writing in this community. I was drawn to the prompt for this week because I love horror movies, I love the thrill they give and the goosebumps I get when I watch them.
Not all the horror movies have done justice to this but "EVIL DEAD RISE" is one of the ones that have given me that effect and is really worth calling a horror movie.
"EVIL DEAD RISE" is a 2023 supernatural horror movie directed by Lee Cronin, starring;

It's about two estranged sisters whose reunion is cut short by the rise of an evil spirit called the deadites who seeks to kill and possess the sisters and their family.
The deadites successfully possess one of the sisters (the older one that has the children) and from there try to take the remaining of them one by one.
It was able to possess others by just scratching them and that we know that it's not always easy to kill something that is already dead.
The thing I really loved about this movie was how realistic it was. At a point I felt like I was in the movie, as I watched it I felt on edge every single time wondering what was going to happen.
When they managed to put it down, it always found a way to get back up and when it got up it came back stronger and crazier.
One of the actresses I liked was Lily Sullivan as Beth. The way she showed so much passion and zeal in the movie moved me to admire her, she so desperately wanted to protect her family with all her strength.
She was pregnant but she didn't think she was going to be a good mom but the part she played showed that she would actually be a very great mother who would do anything to protect her child.
The part of the movie I loved was where Beth and Kassie almost escaped but the deadites dragged Kassie and because of this, Beth had to go back in to save her niece and she did it without any hesitation.

The movie overall was terrifying but also good and worth any hype you would give it. I would love to hear your opinions about it.

Hola a todos, esta es la primera vez que escribo en esta comunidad. Me atrajo el mensaje de esta semana porque me encantan las películas de terror, me encanta la emoción que dan y la piel de gallina que me pongo cuando las veo.

Se trata de dos hermanas distanciadas cuya reunión se corta por el surgimiento de un espíritu maligno llamado los muertos que buscan matar y poseer a las hermanas y a su familia.
Los muertos poseen con éxito una de las hermanas (la mayor que tiene los hijos) y de ahí tratar de tomar el resto de ellas una por una.
Fue capaz de poseer a otros simplemente rascándolos y que sabemos que no siempre es fácil matar algo que ya está muerto.
Lo que realmente me encantó de esta película era lo realista que era. En un momento me sentí como si estuviera en la película, mientras la veía me sentía al límite cada vez preguntándome qué iba a pasar.
Cuando lograron bajarlo, siempre encontró una manera de volver a levantarse y cuando se levantó volvió más fuerte y más loco.
Una de las actrices que me gustaban era Lily Sullivan como Beth. La forma en que mostró tanta pasión y celo en la película me conmovió admirarla, quería desesperadamente proteger a su familia con todas sus fuerzas.
Estaba embarazada, pero no pensó que iba a ser una buena madre, pero la parte que jugó demostró que en realidad sería una gran madre que haría cualquier cosa para proteger a su hijo.
La parte de la película que amaba fue donde Beth y Kassie casi escaparon, pero los muertos arrastraron a Kassie y debido a esto, Beth tuvo que volver a salvar a su sobrina y lo hizo sin dudarlo.
La película en general era aterradora, pero también buena y valdría la pena cualquier bombo que le dieras. Me encantaría escuchar tus opiniones al respecto.
