I hope you are feeling great today, On this occasion, I want to talk to you about the movie: Creed II.. since I have so many thoughts in my head, I recently watched it again, and honestly.. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it as much as the first time, but I consider it to be a success.. it's a dynamic, emotional movie, and it has raw energy that makes you feel every hit. It's a dynamic, emotional movie, and has a raw energy that makes you feel every punch, sequels can be tricky, especially when the first one is so good.. but Creed II, may not hit you as hard as the first, but it has its own magic and it's going to captivate you a lot.

First, one of the things that struck me about this movie is how much heart and soul it has.. and I'm not just talking about the kind of heart that carries you through a brutal boxing match just because.. although the fights in this sequel were amazing, this movie is more than just fights, this one goes way beyond the sport, it's really about relationships and personal struggles.. and that's what hooked me and captivated me the most. We've all seen boxing movies before, where it's all about the sport, it's all about the training and the main goal is to beat the opponent.. to get to the top, while there may be great movies about this narrative, not many are deep enough to stay with you. But this one turns that on its head, it's not just about Adonis Creed throwing punches in the ring...it's about him discovering who he is, why he fights and how to handle the weight of his legacy, right there is where this movie shines.

Hola a todos, amigos de la comunidad de Movies and TV Shows.. espero que hoy se encuentren genial, En esta ocasión, quiero hablarles de la película: Creed II.. ya que tengo tantos pensamientos en mi cabeza, recientemente la volví a ver, y honestamente.. no estaba seguro si me iba a gustar tanto como la primera vez, pero considero que fue todo un éxito.. Es una película dinámica, emocional, y tiene una energía cruda que te hace sentir cada golpe, las secuelas pueden ser complicadas, especialmente cuando la primera es tan buena.. pero Creed II, puede que no te golpeé tan fuerte como la primera, pero tiene su propia magia y va a cautivarte mucho.

Primero, una de las cosas que me llamó la atención de esta película es cuánta alma y corazón tiene.. y no solo estoy hablando del tipo de corazón que te lleva a través de un combate brutal de boxeo solo porque sí.. aunque las peleas en esta secuela fueron increíbles, esta película es más que solo peleas, está va mucho más allá del deporte, realmente trata sobre relaciones y luchas personales.. y eso es lo que más me enganchó y me cautivó. Todas hemos visto películas de boxeo antes, donde se trata todo sobre el deporte, todo gira alrededor del entrenamiento y el objetivo principal es derrotar al rival.. llegar a la cima, aunque pueden haber películas excelentes sobre esta narrativa, no muchas son lo suficientemente profundas para quedar contigo. Pero esta le da la vuelta a eso, no solo se trata de Adonis Creed lanzando golpes en el ring.. se trata de él descubriendo quién es, por qué lucha y cómo manejar el peso de su legado, justo ahí es donde esta película brilla.

Speaking of legacy, you have to talk about the father-son dynamic in this movie.. wow, it hit me in ways I didn’t expect, you have Adonis dealing with the shadow of his father, Apollo Creed, and trying to live up to this seemingly impossible standard.. but you also have this incredible sub-drama with Ivan Drago and his son Viktor.. I didn’t expect to feel the way I felt about Ivan Drago. Remember when he was in Rocky IV? He was this cold, robotic villain with no personality, but here they completely humanized him. I mean, he’s still intimidating, don’t get me wrong, but you see this broken man who’s been living with the consequences of his loss to Rocky for decades. And his relationship with his son is so complicated, painful, and oddly touching, it’s like the movie is telling you: hey, even villains are people with their own struggles. Honestly, that’s something that I really loved, I feel like it added a lot of depth to the whole story and it contrasts a lot with the other characters’ perspectives.

And of course, there’s Rocky to talk about as well. Sylvester Stallone is still just Rocky, you know? There’s something about the way he plays this character that feels so real and down to earth. His bond with Adonis is one of my favorite parts of the movie, it’s like this flawed father-son relationship that neither of them signed up for, but you can just feel how they both desperately need each other. There is a quiet sadness in Rocky, like he is still haunted by his past and trying to make things right with it.. it is honestly beautiful, there is a certain scene with him that almost made me cry, you will easily recognize it when you see it.. it is subtle, but it hits you very hard in the heart.

Hablando del legado, hay que hablar de la dinámica padre-hijo en esta película.. wow, me impactó de maneras que no esperaba, tenemos a Adonis lidiando con la sombra de su padre, Apollo Creed, e intentando estar a la altura de este estándar que parece imposible.. pero también tienes este increíble sub-drama con Iván Drago y su hijo Víktor.. no esperaba sentir lo que sentí por Iván Drago. ¿Recuerdan cuando estaba en Rocky IV? Era este villano frío y robótico, sin personalidad, pero aquí lo humanizaron completamente, quiero decir, sigue siendo intimidante, no me malinterpreten, pero ves a este hombre roto que ha estado viviendo con las consecuencias de su derrota ante Rocky durante décadas.. y la relación con su hijo es muy complicada, dolorosa, y extrañamente conmovedora, es como si la película te dijera: oye, incluso los villanos son personas con sus propias luchas.. honestamente, eso es algo que me encantó mucho, siento que le añadió mucha profundidad a toda la historia y contrasta mucho con las perspectivas de los demás personajes.

Y por supuesto, hay que hablar también de Rocky, Silvester Stallone sigue siendo simplemente Rocky, ¿saben? Hay algo en la forma en que interpreta a este personaje que se siente tan real y con los pies en la tierra.. su vínculo con Adonis es una de mis partes favoritas de la película, es como esta relación padre-hijo defectuoso que ninguno de los dos firmó, pero puedes sentir como ambos desesperadamente se necesitan el uno al otro. Hay una tristeza silenciosa en Rocky, como si todavía estuviera atormentado por su pasado y tratando de hacer las casas con él.. es honestamente hermoso, hay cierta escena con él que casi me hizo llorar, la reconocerán fácilmente cuando la vean.. es sutil, pero te golpea muy fuerte en el corazón.

Okay, now talking a little bit about the fights, boxing matches are brutal.. you can feel every punch and the choreography seemed great to me, all these punches have an emotional weight behind them, it's not just about who is stronger or faster.. it's about everything that's at stake, Adonis is not just fighting for a title, he's fighting for his family, for his name, and for his sense of self.. we have a confrontation of two beasts, and you can see how the tension is constantly increasing. It’s not as dynamic as the fights in the first Creed movie, I’ll admit, I missed some of that style but the intensity is still there.. surely, if you haven’t seen this movie, you will be on the edge of your seat.. and if you are a fan of the Rocky saga, you are in luck, this movie is full of references and little winks that will make you smile.. from the return of Ivan Drago to the promoter who totally gave me Rocky V vibes. It’s like the filmmakers really wanted to honor the legacy of these classic movies.. but what I like the most is that nothing feels forced or too cheesy, it’s more like just a wink.. I loved that.

While I really enjoyed this movie, there were also certain things that didn’t quite convince me, for example, there are a lot of times where this movie plays it a bit safe… the story is predictable, you can see the outcome from a mile away… while the emotional moments are great, there were a few moments where I wish they would change things up a bit more… I wanted more exploration into Adonis’ struggles outside of the ring, I mean, there are some conflicts that are really interesting… but sadly they never get as much attention as they deserve, however, what we do get is still pretty cool and definitely worth watching.

Okay, ahora hablando un poco de las peleas, los combates de boxeo son brutales.. puedes sentir cada golpe y la coreografía me pareció genial, todos estos golpes tienen un peso emocional detrás de ellos, no se trata de solo ver quién es más fuerte o más rápido.. de trata de todo lo que está en juego, Adonis no solo está peleando por un título, él está peleando por su familia, por su nombre, y por su sentido de sí mismo.. tenemos un enfrentamiento de dos bestias, y puedes ver cómo constantemente la tensión va aumentando. No es tan dinámico como las peleas en la primera película de Creed, lo admito, extrañé algo de ese estilo, pero la intensidad sigue ahí.. seguramente, si no han visto esta película, estarán al borde del asiento.. y si son fanáticos de la saga Rocky, están de suerte, esta película está llena de referencias y pequeños guiños que te harán sonreír.. desde el regreso de Iván Drago hasta el promotor que me dio totalmente las vibras de Rocky V. Es como si los cineastas realmente quisieran honrar el legado de estas clásicas películas.. pero lo que más me gusta es que nada se siente forzado o demasiado cursi, es más solo como un guiño.. me encantó eso.

Aunque esta película me gustó mucho, también tiene ciertas cosas que no terminaron de convencerme, por ejemplo, hay muchas veces en las que esta película juega un poco a lo seguro.. la historia es predecible, puedes ver el desenlace desde una milla de distancia.. aunque los momentos emocionales son geniales, hubo algunos momentos en los que hubiera gustado que cambiarán las cosas un poco más.. Quería más exploración en las luchas de Adonis fuera del ring, quiero decir, hay algunos conflictos que son realmente interesantes.. pero lastimosamente nunca tienen tanta atención como se merecen, sin embargo, lo que obtenemos sigue siendo muy genial y vale la pena ver sin duda.

I really like how Creed II is less about the fights in the ring and focuses a lot more on the internal fights, it’s a movie that’s all about family, redemption, and finding out what really matters.. it’s not as groundbreaking as the first movie, but it has so much heart that it’s impossible not to get swept away by it. When I finished watching it, I was honestly very satisfied, I would absolutely recommend it.. if you’re a boxing fan or saw the first Creed, I’m sure you’ll love this one. If you’re a fan of the Rocky series, this is a must watch, and even if you’re just in the mood for a good sports drama with great characters and lots of intense action, this movie can satisfy a lot of people who are just looking for something to entertain themselves.. I would give it a rating of 8.5/10.

It’s not a perfect movie, but all the emotional weight it has makes up for its flaws, plus, it’s always a pleasure to see these characters grow and evolve.. well, that would be all the review for today. Me gusta mucho como Creed II se trata menos de los combates en el ring y se enfoca mucho más en las peleas internas, es una película que trata sobre la familia, la redención, y descubrir qué realmente importa.. no es tan innovadora como la primera película, pero tiene tanto corazón que es imposible no dejarse llevar por ella. Cuando terminé de verla, sinceramente estuve muy satisfecho, la recomendaría absolutamente.. si eres fanático del boxeo o viste la primera de Creed, estoy seguro de que amarás está. Si eres fan de la serie Rocky, esta es una película obligatoria, e incluso si solo estás de humor para un buen drama deportivo con grandes personajes y mucha acción intensa, esta película puede satisfacer a muchas personas que estén buscando simplemente algo para entretenerse.. Yo le daría una calificación de 8.5/10.

No es una película perfecta, pero todo el peso emocional que tiene compensa sus defectos, además, siempre es un placer ver a estos personajes crecer y evolucionar.. bueno, esta sería toda la reseña por hoy.
