Greetings my dear friends who enjoy watching movies as much as I do, I hope you are very well and that your Tuesday went great. It always makes me very happy to be able to share with you a new or old movie that I was able to watch. I have been sick these days and had some time off to watch a movie that I had started to watch a million times and hadn't managed to finish for different reasons.
I think we all have one of those movies that we didn't finish watching, in this case it wasn't because it was a boring movie or much less, the truth is that it's a pretty nice movie and I can tell you once and for all that it left me crying for a while. It's a bit old, but the fact that it left me crying, looking at it from a positive point of view, only indicates that it touched my heart.
It all happened because my husband is a fan of movie summaries, mainly because a summary takes less than 5 minutes and a movie takes up to 2 hours, and due to lack of time he usually takes a few minutes from time to time to watch them, among those summaries I listened to "Always the same day" that movie that he had already tried to watch a lot of times on cable.

Estos días he estado enferma y tuve algo de tiempo libre para ver una película que había comenzado a ver un millón de veces y que no había logrado terminar por diferentes motivos.
Creo que todos tenemos una de esas películas que no terminamos de ver, en este caso no fue porque se tratara de una película aburrida ni mucho menos, la verdad es que es una película bastante bonita y que de una vez les digo que me dejó llorando por un rato. Es algo antigua, pero el hecho de que me haya dejado llorando, viéndolo desde un punto de vista positivo, solamente indica que me llegó al corazón.
Todo pasó porque mi esposo es fan de los resúmenes de películas, principalmente porque un resumen, tarda menos de 5 minutos y una película hasta 2 horas, y por falta de tiempo pues suele tomarse algunos minutos de vez en cuando a verlos, entre esos resúmenes escuché "Siempre el mismo día" esa película que por cable ya había intentado ver un montón de veces.

A story that once again caught me completely, but that I finally managed to finish watching. A story full of romance, which I did like.
This movie was released no less than 12 years ago and stars the beautiful and super talented Anne Hathaway, and other actors that frankly I didn't recognize, but did a good and acceptable job. I know it's a novel, but so far I haven't had a chance to read it and truth be told, having seen the movie first, I don't think I will.
Always the Same Day, tells the story of Dexter and Emma, two people with very different personalities but who somehow managed to have many things in common. They meet in unexpected circles, the last night of a life they were never going to have and just at the beginning of a big change in their lives. After graduating, they decide to go to Emma's house together and from that moment on they became great friends.
El resumen simplemente logró nuevamente llamar mi atención, así que aprovechando que justo en ese momento estaba disponible, la busqué rápidamente y de una vez comencé a verla, sin pensarlo mucho. Una historia que una vez más me atrapó por completo, pero que finalmente logré terminar de ver. Una historia llena de romance, qué si me gustó.
Esta película de estrenó hace nada más y nada menos que 12 años y es protagonizada por la hermosisima y súper talentosa Anne Hathaway, y otros actores qué francamente no reconocí, pero que hicieron un trabajo bueno y aceptable. Sé que es una novela, pero hasta ahora no he tenido la oportunidad de leerla y la verdad, al haber visto la película primero, no creo que lo haga.
Siempre el mismo día, cuenta la historia de Dexter y Emma, dos personas con personalidades muy distintas pero que de algún modo lograron tener muchas cosas en común. Se conocen en circunferencias inesperadas, la última noche de una vida que ya no iban a tener y justo al principio de un gran cambio en sus vidas. Ya graduados deciden irse juntos a la casa de Emma y desde ese momento se volvieron grandes amigos.

Despite having very different lives, and being far away from each other, their friendship grew stronger as time went by, always remembering with affection the date when they met. Whenever one had time, they would visit the other and thus they could catch up with each other's lives, having a friend to count on, despite all the problems and other things.
The years go by, life goes by and suddenly situations arise that simply make them move away from each other a little bit, but keeping inside that beautiful relationship they had formed for years. And in fact you can feel how the absence of each other in their lives, makes them feel empty. This movie has really powerful dialogues, which simply made my skin crawl.
It left me not only in tears, but with some things to think about, for example friendship and its importance. Throughout the movie I could see how friends are not only there in the good times but also when you are a bit unbearable and have a lot of problems that you tell them about over and over again, but at the same time, seeing the worst in you, they let you know how good you have it.
Pese a tener vidas muy distintas, y estar lejos uno de el otro, la relación de amistad que tenían no hizo más que fortalecerse con el paso del tiempo, recordando siempre con cariño aquella fecha en la quer se conocieron. Cada que uno tenía tiempo visitaba al otro y así lograban ponerse al día con sus vidas, teniendo pese a todos los problemas y otro montón de cosas, un amigo con quien contar.
Los años pasan, la vida va pasando y de pronto se presentan situaciones que simplemente hacen qué se alejen un poco, pero guardando dentro aquella relación tan bonita que por años habían formado. Y de hecho se puede sentir como la ausencia de cada uno en sus vidas, los hace sentir con un vacío. Esta película tiene diálogos realmente poderosos, qué simplemente hicieron qué se me pusiera la piel de gallina.
Me dejó no solo llorando, sino con algunas cosas en las que pensar, por ejemplo en la amistad y su importancia. A lo largo de la película pude ver como los amigos no solo están en los buenos momentos sino que también están, cuando eres un poco insoportable y tienes un montón de problemas de los que le cuentas una y otra vez, pero a su vez, viendo lo peor de ti, te hacen saber lo bueno que tienes.

It is a very good movie and now that I am writing the review I feel goosebumps again remembering some scenes, I consider myself a very sensitive person but I could tolerate this movie even when I ended up crying for a while, however, I must warn that if like me you are very affected by movies, then consider whether to watch it or not, because it really hits hard.

Por otra parte, cuando se ama de verdad y se encuentra a una persona que te conoce bien, y que te hace sentir seguro, pase el tiempo que pase, se hará hasta lo imposible por hacerla parte de tu vida, sea una relación de amistad o una amorosa. Y cuando se lucha con este amor por dentro, difícilmente se puede salir ileso o sin algunas heridas.
Por otra perte y creo que este es el mensaje más poderoso de la película, es que el duelo siempre se vive de una manera diferente, pero lo que todos ellos tienen en común es que, los recuerdos salen a flote y te hacen ver de manera muy clara, lo especial que era aquella persona en tu vida, creo que cuando se pierde alguien y se vive un duelo, es la primera vez en la vida en la que realmente vemos las cosas buenas de la persona, e ignoramos las malas, porque finalmente comprendimos que no era nada importantes.
Es una muy buena película y ahora que estoy escribiendo la reseña vuelvo a sentir la piel de gallina por recordar algunas escenas, me considero una persona muy sensible pero pude tolerar esta película aún cuando terminé llorando por un buen rato, sin embargo, debo advertir que si como yo te afecta mucho las películas, entonces consideres si verla o no, porque si que pega fuerte.
Sin más nada que agregar, te invito a verla y a llorar un rato como yo lo hice. Espero de corazón que esta reseña te sirva para elegir la próxima película que veras, hasta pronto amigos, nos leeremos la próxima ocasión.

Esta sin duda es una de mis películas favoritas de este género, recuerdo que la ví por un canal llamado universal y quise cambiarla porque no me atrapó al inicio pero decidí terminarla y tomé la mejor decisión. A pesar de que Dexter pasó tantos años perdido incluso alejándose de sus padres y que su madre muriera sin verlo asentar cabeza me pareció bastante triste, y la vida de Emma que no fue nada fácil y que también estaba perdida por no saber qué debía hacer o porqué no lograba salir adelante fue frustrante, a pesar de que me alegró que estuvieran juntos y lograran consolidarse como pareja, me dolió en el alma el final, porque más que su pareja ella fue su única amiga 🥺.
Si, tiene sentido que sea tu favorita. Es de verdad una película muy hermosa y llena de sentimientos demasiado profundos qué parecen sentirse a medida que va pasando la peli. Con el final lloré a mares, fue demasiado inesperado y si, dolió verle quedar solo.
Ay me encantó amiga 😍😍, no la había visto, pero creo haberla tenido pendiente durante muchos años, no sabes cuanto agradezco que me la hayas recordado con tan linda reseña, se ve super tierna ¡La necesito! Este fin de semana la veré, además amo a Anne Hathaway creo que no hay forma de que algo que haga esa mujer salga mal.
