Ceremonias que se caracterizan por ser extremadamente largas. Si piensas que los Globos de Oro y los Oscar son espectáculos muy largos, tienes que ver los Premios Goya para quedar exhausto. Hay que tener muchos nervios para aguantar todas las horas que dura. Para los que vivimos en el continente americano, es más fácil porque es muy temprano en nuestro horario, pero sigue siendo un poco pesado verlo entero.
Las presentadoras esta vez son Leonor Watling y Maribel Verdú, dos conocidas actrices españolas. Me encanta Maribel Verdú, porque cuando era una adolescente cinéfila, me enamoré de esta actriz. Siempre me pareció muy atractiva y he guardado varias de sus películas antiguas.
Hay más de diez artistas confirmados que tendrán segmentos musicales. Por eso te digo que será largo. Miguel Ríos, Amaral, Alejandro Sanz, Lola Indigo, son algunos de los más conocidos en otras latitudes. Quienes tengan contratado un servicio de televisión por cable podrán verlo a través de Televison Española. También puedes buscar en google donde puedes verlo y el horario según tu país. Creo que hay una señal online de Televisión Española donde puedes verlo.
La política y la batalla ideológica estarán presentes. Es inevitable y sobre todo en un país como España, donde toda esa tontería de la ideología de género ha ganado mucho terreno. Los artistas del cine español son en su mayoría de izquierdas o se disfrazan de progresistas para no quedar fuera. Los discursos de igualdad, de lucha por las ideas que esta minoría quiere imponer, formarán parte del espectáculo. No se dan cuenta de que esto ya cansa, pero son gente que vive en su burbuja y lo que quieren es preservar sus intereses económicos.
Yesterday I read the news that Mr. Karla Sofia Gascón will not attend. They made up that she was not invited because she was not nominated, but that's a lie. It's all because they cancel her because of her old tweets where she didn't leave anyone standing. If it wasn't for that, she would be the main figure they would be using to promote the Goyas. Penelope Cruz will not be there either, of course she is in poor health, but her husband Javier Bardem will be there. I admire the work of this couple of actors, but at the level of ideas, I am not of their current. I can admire the career and work of many who are of another tendency contrary to my ideals. That doesn't stop me from enjoying and loving cinema.
Now let's go to the big awards. Of the Best Picture nominees I have only seen three. I liked all three, but I have yet to see House on Fire and The Departed, the latter looks like I'm going to like it and is one of the favorites. Paradoxically, just today I saw The Flashes, which is not nominated in this category and I think it is unfair, it is an excellent film that deserves to be in this honor roll. I will review it later. In this category El 47 has a good chance of having a political discourse, being a social and left-wing film. Although The Infiltrator looks like it may take it in the end.
The Best Director is the filmmaker spoiled by the Spanish Film Academy: Pedro Almodóvar. Always a favorite when his name appears. Arantxa Echeverría, being a woman and her film The Infiltrator being one of the favorites, is the one who could snatch the award from Pedrito.
Ayer leí la noticia de que el Sr. Karla Sofia Gascón no asistirá. Se inventaron que no estaba invitada porque no estaba nominada, pero eso es mentira. Todo se debe a que la cancelan por sus antiguos tweets donde no dejaba a nadie en pie. Si no fuera por eso, ella sería la principal figura que estarían utilizando para promocionar los Goya. Tampoco estará Penélope Cruz, claro que está delicada de salud, pero sí su marido Javier Bardem. Admiro el trabajo de esta pareja de actores, pero a nivel de ideas, no soy de su corriente. Puedo admirar la trayectoria y el trabajo de muchos que son de otra tendencia contraria a mis ideales. Eso no me impide disfrutar y amar el cine.
Ahora vayamos a los grandes premios. De las nominadas a mejor película sólo he visto tres. Las tres me han gustado, pero me faltan por ver Casa en llamas y La infiltrada, esta última tiene pinta de que me va a gustar y es una de las favoritas. Paradójicamente, hoy mismo he visto Los Destellos, que no está nominada en esta categoría y me parece injusto, es una excelente película que merece estar en este cuadro de honor. La reseñaré más adelante. En esta categoría El 47 tiene muchas posibilidades de tener un discurso político, al ser una película social y de izquierdas. Aunque La Infiltrada parece que al final se lo puede llevar.
El Mejor Director es el cineasta mimado por la Academia de Cine española: Pedro Almodóvar. Siempre favorito cuando aparece su nombre. Arantxa Echeverría, por ser mujer y ser su película La Infiltrada una de las favoritas, es la que podría arrebatarle el premio a Pedrito.
Patricia Lopez Arnaiz should win the award for best actress. I just saw her film today and I loved it. Carolina Yuste, another good actress, but younger, is another great contender, but it is difficult for a single film to take all the awards, surely they will try to distribute a lot to leave the majority happy. In the best actor category, my favorite is Antonio de la Torre for Los Destellos.
In the Ibero-American film category, the big favorite is Brazil with Aun estoy aquí. This film is also nominated for an Oscar and it is difficult not to get El Cabezón, as the Goya award is called. Perhaps the Argentine film El Jockey would be its strongest contender. Best New Director will go to Javie Macipe for La estrella Azul. Best New Actor, I have several favorites, it is difficult to say who will win and also the Best New Actress category. I don't dare to make a bet.
Best European Film, without a doubt, my absolute favorite is The Count of Monte Cristo, although surely the academy already had everything prepared to put Emilia Perez at the top, which would be a great insult if that bad movie beat The Count of Monte Cristo or Flow. But everything obeys an ideological political agenda. Maybe the problems with Karla Gascón will make the Spanish film academy backtrack and give it to the one who really deserves it: The Count of Monte Cristo.

Patricia López Arnaiz debería ganar el premio a la mejor actriz. Acabo de ver hoy su película y me ha encantado. Carolina Yuste, otra buena actriz, pero más joven, es otra gran aspirante, pero es difícil que una sola película se lleve todos los premios, seguro que intentarán repartir mucho para dejar contenta a la mayoría. Mejor actor, Eduard Fernández parece un ganador seguro. Ganará el premio, aunque no por El 47, sino por otra película: Marco. Es un super actor, y en ambas su trabajo es de primera.
En actriz de reparto parece seguro que será una de las actrices de Casa en Llamas. Hay dos de ellas en esa categoría. No he visto la película, pero de ser así, me gustaría que ganara Macarena García. Cuidado que las otras actrices nominadas tienen buenas posibilidades. La cosa está muy reñida. En la categoría de mejor actor, mi favorito es Antonio de la Torre por Los Destellos.
En la de película iberoamericana, la gran favorita es Brasil con Aun estoy aquí. Esta película también está nominada al Oscar y es difícil que no le den El Cabezón, como s le dice al premio Goya. Quizás la película argentina El Jockey sería su más fuerte contendiente. Mejor Dirección Novel se lo llevará Javie Macipe por La estrella Azul. Mejor Actor Revelación, tengo varios favoritos, es difícil decir quién ganará y también la categoría de Mejor Actriz Revelación. No me atrevo a hacer una apuesta.
Mejor Película Europea, sin duda, mi favorita absoluta es El Conde de Montecristo, aunque seguramente la academia ya lo tenía todo preparado para poner a Emilia Pérez en lo más alto, lo que sería un gran insulto que esa mala pelicula le ganara a El Conde de Montecristo o Flow. Pero todo obedece a una agenda política ideológica. Quizá los problemas con Karla Gascón hagan que la academia de cine española dé marcha atrás y se lo den a quien realmente se lo merece: El Conde de Montecristo.

Maribel Verdú, una de mis actrices favoritas, la primera película que vi de ella fue: Y tu mamá también y después Laberinto del Fauno. Comparto la idea forzada de decir amén a la ideología, es imposición; prefiero el concepto de respeto de las películas de Almodovar. Gracias por mencionar las cintas que merecen desde tu percepción una mirada y también espero que el film de Argentina y Monte Cristo, sean merecedores de premios.

la primera que vi de esa actriz fue El Año de las Luces. Ella trabajo en una película ambientada en una parte en Venezuela y aparecía Doris Wells, creo que se titulaba El Señor de los Llanos.
A finales de la tarde reviso las redes para ver quinees ganaron en los Goya
Emilia Pérez debe salir de entre las opciones para ganar premios de la Academia, tal vez lo haga por razones equivocadas, por el mal manejo de Karla Gascón y su director, toda la controversia; y digo equivocadas porque realmente la razón debería ser porque es una pésima película.
No he visto El Conde de Montecristo, la tendré presente.
Anoche le dieron tres premios Critics Choice a ese bodrio. Mejor película internacional, mejor actriz de reparto y mejor cancion, este ultimo es realmente un insulto a otras nominadas que si eran canciones jajaja.
En los Oscar el señor Carlos Gascón debería quedar fuera, pero la agenda ideológica es muy fuerte y seguramente le dan otros premios a esa película.
Aún no he visto El Conde de Montecristo, pero estoy segura de que me gustará y de que merecería el premio. Es un alivio que Karla Sofia Gascón no vaya, al final se metió en tantos problemas él solo que no puede ir y bueno... que no vaya es lo mejor.
Espero que ganen tus favoritos, no se si podrás ver los premios, pero al menos los resúmenes.
