Since I saw things like Kakurenbo or the same Kurayukaba and Kuramerukagari, films that explore this kind of arts and cultures fascinate me, beyond the plot that I see is very cool, I often stay with all the meaning of the things that come out and its implication with folklore. The fact that youkai come out made my attention...

You're welcome... for youkai-related anime, I like "Gegege no Kitaro", "Natsume Yuujinchou" and "Mononoke". There's also this anime called Mushishi which is so interesting and in-depth when it comes to spiritual things, though it wasn't particularly related to youkai. :)
