Plot and Review
Finally, the third part of the most awaited Bollywood film "Singham" and the fifth film of the Cop Universe, Singham Again has been released. There was a lot of hype about the film ever since it was announced. Let's know more:
This film was released on the day of Diwali and in the atmosphere of holidays. No Doubt it will definitely attract people because the mass audience loves this cop franchise very much and every movie has already earned huge profits.
The way Rohit Shetty has done it in this film, you will have to believe it. It is a big thing to cast so many actors and give them screen time in front of an already set lead actor, so if we talk about the movie now, then you must have seen the entire story in the long and wide trailer. The story of Ramayana has been modernized and merged with the story line of Singham with twists and turns and full on Bollywood dialogues which actually the mass audience likes.
But this time the scale of everything has become grand. Scale Action, Grand Scale Actors, Grand Scale Budget, Grand Scale Opening and where everything is happening on a grand scale, there are a lot of chances of small mistakes to be made which can be avoided. Every effort has been made, as you must have heard that some scenes have been cut in between from the film, which were not right from the audience's perspective.
It is directed by John Rae and comes out of a super hit franchise, but on this basis, will this movie be able to make a domestic box office collection. But the matter does not end there, hiding the mistakes and showing the correctness by hiding the mistakes, that too. This is wrong, in which I will first talk about the first half which makes the movie too long. Now there are so many characters in the movie that it takes too much time for story setup and character setup.
There are two cameos in the first half of the movie. As soon as Arjun Kapoor enters in the first half, you will feel that yes brother is the one. Their Apart from Bajirao Singham, the character is being perfectly suited, but till the time no dialogue comes out of his mouth, as long as he is silent, you will be absolutely amazed that he has played the role of a perfect villain, but yes, I can tell that he is Even Do seems to fit in that role because the story of the movie is inspired by Ramayana and everyone knows what happens at the end of Ramayana.
So the story line becomes so predictable that You just have to think that this will happen next and that will happen. There are two cameos in the second half and again and there is no joy from inside that wow, what a surprise has come because in the trailer itself we all have seen everything, already that's it.
People were more excited because first of all it is a movie of the Singham franchise and the second reason was Salman Khan's cameo and whether he is in the movie or not and to know you will have to watch the movie. They had created so much hype about the cameo, isn't it a scam? it is a complete scam, I mean it's like you are just taking the help of a big name to attract the audience to the theatre, and this is the reality.
And one more thing, maybe one scene will be a fun or joke . Which scene am I talking about? After the end of the movie, there is a mid credit, let it go, I wouldn't like to talk about it further. But the second half is a bit fun. Akshay Kumar's cameo was just okay and it doesn't leave as much impact as Ajay Devgan's cameo in Suryavanshi.
Overall the first half is very time taking and the second half is fast paced with a lot of action comedy and yes I know this movie will work. Because it is a family friendly movie and it is a big franchise movie with big actors. Let me know, what is your opinion about the movie?
