Hi movie lovers, I know I'm late today but I had a valid reason. I just got off work because I was working late and I still didn't want to end my Monday series, and I think you'll like today's movie.

Life was released in 2017 and is currently available on Netflix. Genre Science Fiction, Thriller and Tragedy. It also contains a small amount of horror elements. The movie is 104 minutes long, which I think is the ideal movie length.

From this point on, you know that spoilers await you, right? A space crew is searching for life forms outside the Earth. It's classic, right? They find a cell sample, but this form is in hibernation. They try to activate this cell by electrifying it and they succeed. At first you can see that it's a very sweet and friendly form. There's joy in the space shuttle, they're talking about how they're going to complete the mission and they're going home. Then suddenly this life form stops moving. No matter how many different ways they try, they can't get it to move. Then they reactivate it with different levels of oxygen and very high levels of electricity, but there's a problem. This time the cell starts to act very aggressively. It eats too much and grows too fast.

How do you expect things to go at this point? Shouldn't this cell be taken back to earth with a low amount of nutrition without being stimulated again? But the person on the space shuttle who is most interested in this cell tries to come into contact with it unnecessarily and sees how powerful it can be. The cell breaks the man's fingers on a very sturdy glove and somehow escapes from the enclosure. If you watch this part, you'll see that it's more action-packed.

Chaos reigns on the spaceship from now on. They try everything to kill the creature but they can't succeed and the creature hunts them down one by one. Even with a lava gun they can't kill this creature. The creature is very intelligent and very mobile. It adapts to every environment, hides well and keeps getting bigger and bigger! Somehow they get it stuck somewhere, but guess what the scientist whose fingers were broken at the beginning of the movie does? He doesn't tell the others that the creature is stuck to him and he lets it suck his blood. What? You can't be serious, can you? On top of that, he still sees the creature as innocent and argues that its only purpose is to survive. Dude, you're retarded. Doesn't every movie have to have one like you? Why would you try to befriend a hostile creature or adopt it as a pet?

Anyway, they have to somehow manage to keep the creature in space because if this creature reaches Earth, can you imagine what happens? Humanity is doomed and there's no stopping it. Do you think they will be able to launch the creature into outer space? The only way to find out is to watch the movie and see how it ends!

The first thing I will say about this movie is that I don't want to see the clichéd curious and loving scientists anymore. Not every tiny creature you see is a hamster and you can't treat them like one. Just be careful and do your job as much as you have to. You don't need to try cool moves with that creature, you are not the owner or the father of that creature. Other than that I really liked the script, you will find unexpected twists and turns in the movie and you will be surprised. The actors in the movie are very good. I especially loved Jake Gyllenhaal's acting. If I were to give the movie a score out of 10, it would be 7.5. I think it was a good blend of science fiction and suspense.

Bu noktadan itibaren sizi spoilerların beklediğini biliyorsunuz değil mi? Bir uzay ekibi dünya dışında yaşam formu arıyor. Klasiktir değil mi? Bir hücre örneği buluyorlar ancak bu form uyku modunda. Bu hücreyi elektrik vererek harekete geçirmeye çalışıyorlar ve başarılı da oluyorlar. Başta çok tatlı ve arkadaş canlısı bir form olduğunu görebilirsiniz. Uzay mekiğinde neşe hakim, görevi başarıyla tamamlayıp eve dönecekleri hakkında konuşuyorlar. Sonra birden bu yaşam formu hareket etmeyi durduruyor. Ne kadar farklı yöntem deneseler de onu harekete geçiremiyorlar. Daha sonra farklı oksijen seviyelerinde ve çok yüksek elektrik vererek onu tekrar harekete geçiriyorlar ancak bir problem var. Hücre bu sefer çok agresif hareketler sergilemeye başlıyor. Çok fazla yiyor ve çok hızlı büyüyor.

Uzay gemisinde bundan sonra kaos hakim. Yaratığı öldürmek için her şeyi deniyorlar ancak bir türlü başaramıyorlar ve bunun üstüne yaratık onları birer birer avlıyor. Bir lav silahıyla bile bu yaratığı öldüremiyorlar. Yaratık oldukça zeki ve çok hareketli. Her ortama uyum sağlıyor, iyi saklanıyor ve gittikçe büyümeye devam ediyor! Bir şekilde onu bir yere sıkıştırıyorlar ancak filmin başında parmakları kırılan bilim adamı ne yapıyor bilin bakalım? Yaratığın kendisine yapıştığını diğerlerine söylemiyor ve yaratığın kanını sömürmesine izin veriyor. Ne? Ciddi olamazsın değil mi? Üstüne üstlük yaratığı hala masum olarak görüyor ve tek amacının hayatta kalmak olduğunu savunuyor. Dostum sen tam bir özürlüsün. Her filmde sizin gibi bir tane olmak zorunda değil mi? Neden düşmancıl bir canlıyla arkadaşlık ilişkisi kurmaya çalışıyorsun? Ya da onu bir evcil hayvan gibi benimsiyorsun?

Her neyse bir şekilde yaratığı uzayda tutmayı başarmaları gerekiyor çünkü bu yaratık dünyaya ulaşırsa neler olur tahmin edebiliyor musunuz? Bu filme dair söyleyeceğim ilk şey artık şu klişe meraklı ve sevecen bilim adamlarını görmek istemediğim. Her gördüğünüz minik yaratık bir hamster değil ve onlara öyle davranamazsınız. Sadece dikkatli olun ve görevinizi yapmanız gerektiği kadar yapın. O yaratıkla havalı hareketler denemenize gerek yok, siz o yaratığın sahibi ya da babası değilsiniz. Bunun dışında senaryoyu oldukça beğendim, filmde hiç beklemediğiniz ters köşeler bulacaksınız ve çok şaşıracaksınız. Filmdeki oyuncular oldukça iyiler. Özellikle Jake Gyllenhaal'ın oyunculuğuna bayıldım. Filme 10 üzerinden bir puan verecek olsam bu 7.5 olurdu. Bence bilim kurgunun ve gerilimin iyi harmanlandığı bir filmdi.
