Las películas de Disney son mi debilidad porque amo toda la experiencia mágica que nos ofrece la franquicia, sin embargo, han desmejorado muchísimo con las historias de las diferentes princesas y también otra películas que han sacado en torno al disfrute.

Pero sinceramente, hoy daré un gran review con la película WISH que es la última que sacó Disney en cuanto a una nueva princesa ¿Deseas saber qué me gustó, qué no me gustó y por qué? ¡Vamos a ello!

Disney movies are my weakness because I love all the magical experience that the franchise offers us, however, they have deteriorated greatly with the stories of the different princesses and also other films that they have released based on enjoyment.

But honestly, today I will give a great review with the movie WISH which is the last one that Disney released in terms of a new princess. Do you want to know what I liked, what I didn't like and why? Go for it!

Wish se trata de una chica llamada Asha que hará la entrevista para ser la asistente del Rey Magnífico quien es el mejor hechicero del país. El Rey Magnífico es el que guarda los deseos y los tiende a cumplir para un mundo mejor.

Hasta aquí todo va muy bien, Asha tiene a su madre y a su abuelo que cumple los 100 años y desea ser asistente para que el Rey le pueda cumplir el deseo de su abuelo. Si hablamos de trama, es muy simple y genérica, magia y drama, típico de una película de Disney.

Asha es una chica curiosa, muy imperactiva y social, común entre muchas princesas de Disney. Sin embargo, considero que sus trenzas le daba el toque de ser más amplia a la diversidad de culturas, otro detalle que observé es que la película (a mí parecer) se centró en la cultura de España, donde reina el flamenco y de verdad que no he visto una princesa de España (Si alguien recuerda que si, me avisa)

So far everything is going very well, Asha has her mother and her grandfather who is turning 100 and she wants to be her assistant so that the King can fulfill her grandfather's wish. If we talk about the plot, it is very simple and generic, magic and drama, typical of a Disney movie.

Asha is a curious, very imperactive and social girl, common among many Disney princesses. However, I consider that her braids gave the touch of being broader to the diversity of cultures, another detail that I observed is that the film (in my opinion) focused on the culture of Spain, where flamenco reigns and it really does. I have not seen a princess from Spain (If anyone remembers that yes, let me know)

Uno de los detalles más hermosos de la película es la cinematografía porque adoro los colores pasteles que utilizaban en sus alrededores, los contrastes y la animación es súper, diferente, algo un poco más actualizado a la época de Disney.

Creo que lo fuerte de aquí es que el azul, morado y naranja predominó en la película, eso es excelente porque son colores donde refleja la magia en las películas, además que cuando aparecían los personajes me daba esa sensación de decir Que bonito y sinceramente, eso está cool, creo que tomaron un buen presupuesto para la esencia pero faltó mucho más en la historia, aunque siempre me gustó pero sé que fue muy típico.

I think the strong thing here is that blue, purple and orange predominated in the film, that is excellent because they are colors that reflect the magic in the films, plus when the characters appeared it gave me that feeling of saying How beautiful and honestly, that's cool, I think they took a good budget for the essence but much more was missing from the story, although I always liked it but I know it was very typical.

La mayoría de los personajes me gustaron, hasta el propio villano pero creo que estos fueron los míos: La reina, la mejor amiga de la protagonista y obviamente, Star el muñequito más cute del mundo. Siento que él fue la esencia de la película, la parte más importante de todas, tiene demasiada carisma y no se puede odiar por sus expresiones, son cuchis y dan mucha ternura.

La reina es más un personaje de relleno pero hubo escenas de canto que me dejó wow, que genial, porque sí, me gustó mucho el soundtrack y siempre me dará risa que las canciones de los villanos son super buenas pero la voz de esta reina me encantó.

La mejor amiga de la protagonista es una persona más realista, una fiel compañera que ayuda hasta donde puede, entiende el bien y el mal y merece más reconocimiento porque le dieron un buen plus que no había visto en personas jóvenes.

Click here for english version I liked most of the characters, even the villain himself, but I think these were mine: The queen, the protagonist's best friend, and obviously, Star, the cutest doll in the world. I feel that he was the essence of the film, the most important part of all, he has too much charisma and you can't hate him because of his expressions, they are cute and give a lot of tenderness.

The queen is more of a filler character but there were singing scenes that left me wow, how great, because yes, I really liked the soundtrack and it will always make me laugh that the villains' songs are super good but I loved this queen's voice.

The protagonist's best friend is a more realistic person, a faithful companion who helps as much as she can, understands good and evil and deserves more recognition because they gave her a good plus that she had not seen in young people.

El primer punto es que se olvidará rápido, no hay un bum que digamos que sea digno de recordar por los años. No es como Frozen, no es como Enredados, no es como Mérida, películas que han dejado buenas reflexiones y que se recordarán como tremendas princesas.

Ciertamente, la película tiene muchos puntos positivos pero es muy genérico y es una princesa que fácilmente se olvidará, eso es lo malo, aunque las canciones son geniales, no creo volverla a repetir porque ya es muy a la expectativa, común y repetido.

Deja mucho que desear porque Disney debía conmemorar los 100 años con una película de éxito y no se logró, lastimosamente, no sé cuándo volverá la franquicia que Disney prometía magia y nostalgia pero por ejemplo, en los créditos pude notar imágenes de todas las películas de Disney, eso sí fue un bonito detalle porque te hace vivir lo que una vez viste de niño.

¿Por qué no me gustó tanto? Lo mismo de siempre, no sentí conexión con mi infancia pero tal vez cambien de ideas y puedan mejorar esa emoción de conectar con la audiencia, volver a eso que hacía Disney con los niños y adultos, un mundo mucho más mágico y nostálgico. Certainly, the film has many positive points but it is very generic and it is a princess that will easily be forgotten, that is the bad thing, although the songs are great, I don't think I will repeat it again because it is already very expected, common and repeated.

It leaves a lot to be desired because Disney had to commemorate the 100 years with a successful film and it was not achieved, unfortunately, I do not know when the franchise that Disney promised magic and nostalgia will return but for example, in the credits I could see images of all the Disney movies. Disney, that was a nice detail because it makes you experience what you once saw as a child.

Why didn't I like it so much? The same as always, I didn't feel a connection with my childhood but maybe they will change their ideas and they can improve that emotion of connecting with the audience, going back to what Disney did with children and adults, a much more magical and nostalgic world.
