Nunbelievable Twist: I Had AI Make the 'Charmed' 1998 TV Series Catholic
"The power of Trinity will set us free! The power of Trinity will set us free! The power of Trinity will set us free!"
So, do I go to Hell or does the AI for this?

It seems that a good portion of Hollywood talent is still on strike. "Something, something, AI will tay meh Jerb!" Probably so but I for one welcome our new robot screenwriters.
Since it also seems the latest fad is "reimagining" old intellectual property I had ChatGPT "reimagine" a supernatural series in a different way. What if instead of witches The Chosen Ones were the ones who burn them? I mean c'mon, if you are tied to a stake and the person facing you has a torch then who has the real power in that situation?
As stated by the Charmed Wikipedia entry:
The series narrative follows a trio of sisters, known as The Charmed Ones, the most powerful good witches of all time, who use their combined "Power of Three" to protect innocent lives from evil beings such as demons and warlocks. Each sister possesses unique magical powers that grow and evolve, while they attempt to maintain normal lives in modern-day San Francisco. Keeping their supernatural identities separate and secret from their ordinary lives often becomes a challenge for them, with the exposure of magic having far-reaching consequences on their various relationships and resulting in a number of police and FBI investigations throughout the series.
This is perfect. This "reimagining" practical writes itself even without AI. Three "sisters" that are Catholic, get it? Three as in the Trinity. We can just copy-paste the evil beings from the original series we are ripping off paying homage to. It may look like parody but reimagined series are just so bad nowadays parody is no longer possible.
Of course the fictional sisters have to keep the demon fighting part of their lives secret. Something about free will and people need to have faith without evidence or some such thing. Why don't the demons just show themselves to the public? Same reasons as in the original series so don't question it. If you suspend disbelief we'll have the occasional whodunnit Father Brown crossover as a reward.
Whatever the Catholic analog of the Ned Flanders on Twitter is they will eat this up. If they don't then we'll just double down and insist that they must like this series. Since ChatGPT's knowledge of current events stops at late 2021 it doesn't know that doubling down on what fans must accept is the reason why making Kathleen Kennedy the producer of this series is a really, really bad idea.
Speaking of ChatGPT here are the new main characters:

The three sisters have to speak with an Irish accent. I prayed about it and it was revealed that this is God's will and definitely not because of some fetish I have. Oh, and God also said I get to choose their last name. I asked ChatGPT for some suggestions to replace the Halliwell surname. I decided on Fitzpatrick. I suspect my decision on that was also inspired by a higher power with definitely no influence whatsoever from any character the actress Ashley Tisdale portrayed.

Hold on! Don't rudely interrupt. Patience is a virtue but clearly you want God to smite the Sister Prudence character as soon as possible from the series. The Supersession Sister comes up in ChatGPT's recurring characters:

The other recurring characters are:
Father Leo - The wise and understanding priest who serves as the convent's spiritual advisor and occasionally helps the sisters decipher their visions.
Mother Superior - The no-nonsense head of the convent, who balances her strict demeanor with a hidden sense of humor.
I guess Mother Superior is like the maternal grandmother Penny from the original Charmed series. She's old and God just told me she can't speak with an Irish accent like the younger sisters. Let's not question God about this detail.
God says we should move on to the plot summary ChatGPT generated.
ChatGPT titled this "reimagined" series Charming Nuns. This new take on the original series, according to ChatGPT's description, is "a hilarious parody of the original Charmed TV series, reimagining the Halliwell sisters as three devout Catholic nuns living in their private convent." The series seems light-hearted enough and follows the misadventures of the sisters as they discover they possess unique and quirky divine powers that they must use to protect their convent and its residents from otherworldly threats (a.k.a. copy-paste demons from the original series). According to ChatGPT it's a "comedy-drama" but I want it to also have a good portion of fantasy. If ChatGPT doesn't behave I might need to have Sister Prudence emphatically whack ChatGPT with a ruler.
ChatGPT describes the convent of Charming Nuns as a charming old building nestled in a picturesque countryside, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
Remember ChatGPT that we need some action. Demons will show up and all Hell will break loose. That will be in the series' promotional material.
The sisters dedicate their lives to prayer, meditation, and service to others, but their divine powers lead them to unexpected and humorous situations.
Charming Nuns explores themes of faith, sisterhood, forgiveness, and using their unique divine abilities responsibly. The sisters learn valuable lessons about the importance of teamwork and the power of faith in overcoming obstacles.
ChatGPT seems to have forgotten mercy except for when demons need to be exploded, and that needs to happen often. Sister Prudence, get your ruler please.
For some possible episodes ChatGPT generated it looks like each episode centers around a supernatural problem or a moral dilemma that the sister nuns face. These dilemmas might besomething like heavenly beings visiting the private convent incognito, mischievous imps (copy-paste fairies from original series) causing chaos in the chapel, or a religious artifact in the convent's possession that attracts good or evil forces.
ChatGPT ended the first season with a Christmas special. Anybody remember when modern Doctor Who used to have Christmas specials?

I think this reimagining of an old TV series is pretty good. What do you think?
