Creo que todos hemos tenido días en que nos sentimos como fuera de lugar, como si no pertenecemos a este mundo y al ver a nuestro alrededor y como las personas actúan ese sentimiento crece, y justamente la película de la que les hablaré hoy nos muestra un poco de esto:
I think we all have had days when we feel out of place, as if we do not belong to this world and when we see around us and how people act that feeling grows, and just the film that I will talk about today shows us a little of this:

One day she arrives home and notices that some objects have been stolen. | Disfruté mucho las actuaciones de Elijah Wood y Melanie Lynskey, ambos peculiares y con un buen desarrollo, por otro lado, no diría que fue graciosa (por lo menos no para mí), fue entretenida, el ritmo se torna un poco lento cuando llegas a la mitad pero igual la disfruté. | I really enjoyed the performances of Elijah Wood and Melanie Lynskey, both quirky and well developed, on the other hand, I wouldn't say it was funny (at least not for me), but it was entertaining, the pace gets a little slow when you get to the middle but I still enjoyed it. |

| Lo único que quería Ruth es que la gente no fuera tan basura, y ¿no es eso lo que todos deseamos?. Algo a destacar es que los últimos 20/30 minutos fueron bastante sorpresivos, no me esperaba el resultado y eso le dió el toque emocionante a la película, parecía otra jajaja. | The only thing Ruth wanted was for people not to be so trashy, and isn't that what we all wish for? Something to note is that the last 20/30 minutes were quite surprising, I wasn't expecting the outcome and that gave the movie the exciting touch, it seemed like another one hahaha. |

| El desarrollo fue bastante fluido y acertado, y es fácil identificarse con la protagonista porque todos tenemos esos días en los que es difícil ver y aguantar las actitudes de los demás. Retratan muy bien esos pequeños detalles del día a día en los que dejamos pasar ciertas cosas como que alguien se nos adelante, cuándo la gente tira basura y no la recoge, y muchísimos otros que pueden sacarnos de quicio dependiendo del día. | The development was quite fluid and successful, and it is easy to identify with the protagonist because we all have those days when it is difficult to see and put up with the attitudes of others. They portray very well those little day-to-day details where we let certain things pass us by like someone walking in front of us, when people throw garbage and don't pick it up, and many, many others that can get on our nerves depending on the day. |

| Esta producción tiene un poco de todo, pudo haber resultado mal, pero ese no fue el caso, porque sorpresivamente todo funcionó por muy innecesario o poco probable que fueran algunas escenas. Fue buena, no es la mejor ni tiene mucho que destacar pero fue entretenida. | This production has a little bit of everything, it could have turned out badly, but that was not the case, because surprisingly everything worked no matter how unnecessary or unlikely some scenes were. It was good, it is not the best nor does it have much to highlight but it was entertaining. |

This is a film I haven't seen mentioned in a long, long time! I remember it being quite a nice indie flick. A little surprise. I think I saw it around the time of Blue Ruin too.
Leí su reseña y me hizo recordar este film del cual recuerdo poco y es que le hice reseña ya hace un buen tiempo.
Me gustó mucho esta historia en dónde sin importar que tan "perfecta" puede ser una zona de confort, la vida siempre necesita motivación y justamente está historia trata sobre eso; una mujer solitaria que por fin obtiene el motivo necesario para romper la monotonía de su vida.
Es interesante está película, estimada, @gigi8, la salida a buscar nuevos episodios es saludable
