[ESP-ING] Reto cinematográfico día 5: "El padrino I" "El padrino II"

Esta quinta entrega va a girar en torno a una trilogía muy famosa y altamente recomendada sobre todo si te gusta el género de drama y crimen, pero sólo hablaré de las dos primeras ya que fue las que me dejaron en los comentarios, así que empecemos:
This fifth installment is going to revolve around a very famous and highly recommended trilogy especially if you like the drama and crime genre, but I'll only talk about the first two since it was the ones left for me in the comments, so let's get started:
🍿 El padrino I
| Es una película estadounidense dirigida por Francis Ford Coppola en el año 1972 y protagonizada por Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, etc. La historia gira en torno a Don Vito Corleone, un respetado y temido jefe de una de las cinco familias de la familia de Nueva York. Tiene 4 hijos: Connie, Sonny, Fredo y el menor Michael. En esta primera parte Don Vito se niega a participar en el negocio de las drogas y el jefe de otra banda ordena su asesinato por lo que empieza una guerra entre todas las familias mafiosas. | It is an American film directed by Francis Ford Coppola in 1972 and starring Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, etc.. The story revolves around Don Vito Corleone, a respected and feared head of one of the five families of the New York family. He has 4 children: Connie, Sonny, Fredo and the youngest Michael. In this first part Don Vito refuses to participate in the drug business and the boss of another gang orders his assassination so a war starts between all the mafia families. |

| Esta es una gran película, creo que lo único regular que podría mencionar es que fue bastante larga, pero esto es subjetivo, porque yo no me aburrí en ningún momento, ni siquiera me di cuenta de este detalle. Empecemos con las interpretaciones, y es que todas estuvieron bien hechas, pasé rabia con Connie por dejarse golpear y Sony por ser tan impulsivo, pero lo hicieron genial. La escenografía y la música son dos aspectos en los que también destacaron, y no podemos dejar de lado los vestuarios que muy poco hablo de eso pero aquí me pareció bueno mencionarlo porque realmente lo hicieron muy bien. | This is a great movie, I think the only regular thing I could mention is that it was quite long, but this is subjective, because I was not bored at any time, I did not even notice this detail. Let's start with the performances, and they were all well done, I was angry with Connie for getting hit and Sony for being so impulsive, but they were great. The scenography and the music are two aspects in which they also stood out, and we can't leave aside the costumes that I rarely talk about but here I thought it was good to mention it because they really did it very well. |

| Es un film muy bien hecho y con una historia tan bien contada que no se puede decir lo contrario, realmente la disfruté. Pero no puedo decir que es la mejor película del mundo, y lo menciono porque si bien siento que es un clásico que vale la pena ver, no concuerdo en la idea de que es el mejor film del mundo. Así que le doy un bien merecido 8.5 a esta primera parte 😌 | It is a very well made film with a story so well told that you can't say otherwise, I really enjoyed it. But I can't say it's the best film in the world, and I mention that because while I feel it's a classic worth watching, I don't agree that it's the best film in the world. So I give this first part a well-deserved 8.5 😌. |

🍿 El padrino II
| Es la segunda entrega de esta trilogía estadounidense estrenada en 1974. Y en esta entrega se nos muestran dos historias paralelas: el nombramiento de Michael (hijo menor), como jefe de los negocios familiares y los orígenes del patriarca Don Vito Corleone primero en su país natal y luego en Estados Unidos. | It is the second installment of this American trilogy released in 1974. And in this installment we are shown two parallel stories: the appointment of Michael (youngest son), as head of the family business and the origins of the patriarch Don Vito Corleone first in his native country and then in the United States. |

| Con esta entrega si tengo ciertos desacuerdos pero es más por razones personales, pero en los puntos positivos nuevamente debo mencionar las interpretaciones tan buenas, la escenografía, la historia, los detalles y lo bien realizada que estuvo, hicieron un gran trabajo. Sin embargo, siento que fue demasiado larga, fácilmente podrían haber sido dos películas independientes y tener el mismo impacto porque la historia de por sí te atrapa. | I do have some disagreements with this installment but it is more for personal reasons, but in the positive points I must mention again the great performances, the scenery, the story, the details and how well done it was, they did a great job. However, I feel it was too long, it could easily have been two independent movies and have the same impact because the story itself grabs you. |

| Los inicios de Don Vito fue la parte que más me gustó, y es debo admitir que no sería nada fácil para un nuevo sucesor llenar esos zapatos sin que todos les cayeran encima y de paso mantener el "legado" como le pasó a Michael, cuya evolución no fue nada buena ya que resultó ser todo lo contrario a su padre en ciertos aspectos, lo que lo llevó a terminar solo. De paso tuvo que enfrentarse a la traición de uno de sus hermanos, y ver cómo todo se derrumbaba. Las secuelas no siempre están a la altura pero esta es una de las excepciones por lo que le doy también un bien merecido 8.5 | The beginnings of Don Vito was the part I liked the most, and I must admit that it would not be easy for a new successor to fill those shoes without everyone falling on them and keeping the "legacy" as it happened to Michael, whose evolution was not good at all since he turned out to be the opposite of his father in certain aspects, which led him to end up alone. Incidentally, he had to face the betrayal of one of his brothers, and see how everything collapsed. The sequels are not always up to par but this is one of the exceptions so I also give it a well-deserved 8.5. |

This is no doubt one of the greatest film of all time. I did watch the first one but not the second one. I think I need to watch the second one.
