Buscando en Netflix una serie que pudiera ver, me topé con una producción reciente que llamó mi atención, les hablo de:
Searching Netflix for a series I could watch, I came across a recent production that at first caught my attention, I'm talking about:

| Esta historia inició horas antes del desastre, podemos observar la vida de los trabajadores en la planta nuclear y momentos antes de que fueran sacudidos por un terremoto y luego se vieron afectados por un tsunami que fue el causante principal del desastre nuclear. | This story began hours before the disaster, we can observe the life of the workers in the nuclear plant and moments before they were shaken by an earthquake and then affected by a tsunami that was the main cause of the nuclear disaster. |

🎬 Lo bueno y lo malo | The good and the bad
| En cuánto a la ambientación, los efectos y las actuaciones estuvo muy bien realizado todo, siento que hicieron un buen trabajo con la serie en general y la desarrollaron desde tres puntos de vista diferente, que podría parecer una locura pero tiene todo el sentido ya que todos estuvieron involucrados directamente y dependían los unos de los otros. | I feel they did a good job with the series in general and developed it from three different points of view, which might seem crazy but it makes perfect sense since they were all directly involved and depended on each other. |

| Siento que fue algo lenta pero en contexto no puedo esperar tampoco una producción demasiado emocionante o con escenas de acción cuando se trata de un hecho real que a diferencia de Chernóbil, antes de que el desastre ocurriera ellos estuvieron varios días tratando de evitarlo. Ver esta serie es fuerte, solo imaginar estar en la misma situación y tener que lidiar con toda la presión, la toma de decisiones cruciales y el sentir que tu vida puede acabar en segundos es tremendo. Me hace preguntarme si en tal caso, podría llevar a cabo todos los esfuerzos y mantenerme hasta el final como ellos. | I feel it was a bit slow but in context I can't expect either an overly exciting production or action scenes when it is a real event that unlike Chernobyl, before the disaster happened they spent several days trying to avoid it. Watching this series is strong, just imagining being in the same situation and having to deal with all the pressure, crucial decision making and feeling like your life could be over in seconds is tremendous. It makes me wonder if in such a case, I could pull out all the stops and stick it out to the end like they did. |

| Desde el punto de vista del gobierno, podemos observar que incluso ante un desastre de tal magnitud, la preocupación por guardar las apariencias y el evitar quedar mal o tomar las decisiones importantes que se requieren es común en los políticos. Nadie quiere decir la verdad, nadie quiere quedar mal, y aunque muchos quisieran llevarse los elogios por evitar una catástrofe así, ¿cuántos realmente están dispuestos a trabajar por ello? | From the government's point of view, we can observe that even in the face of a disaster of such magnitude, the concern to save face and avoid looking bad or making the important decisions that are required is common among politicians. No one wants to tell the truth, no one wants to look bad, and while many would like to take the accolades for averting such a catastrophe, how many are really willing to work for it? |

| En cierta manera se le quiso dar como una especie de homenaje a Masao Yoshida, el ingeniero nuclear que estuvo al frente de toda esta operación y que lamentablemente falleció dos años después. Pese a que luego del suceso se enfrentó a críticas y regaños (digámoslo así), por las decisiones que tomó, es evidente que hizo lo que tenía que hacer ya que nadie podía pensar en hacerlo. En síntesis fue una buena serie, obviamente trataron de mantener todas los sucesos y cosas que pasaron, pero siempre hay otro lado puesto que solo los involucrados saben a todo lo que tuvieron que enfrentarse, las órdenes que tuvieron que seguir y las fallas que hubieron que no pueden ser dichas al público. | In a way it was intended as a kind of tribute to Masao Yoshida, the nuclear engineer who was in charge of the whole operation and who unfortunately passed away two years later. Despite the fact that after the event he faced criticism and scolding (let's put it this way), for the decisions he made, it is clear that he did what he had to do since no one could think of doing it. In summary it was a good series, obviously they tried to keep all the events and things that happened, but there is always another side since only those involved know everything they had to face, the orders they had to follow and the failures there were that cannot be told to the public. |

No tenía idea de esta miniserie, realmente tuvo que ser fuerte vivir todo eso. Suena interesante, y prefiero series cortas que andar buscando largas temporadas. La tomaré en cuenta.
La puedes incluso terminar más rápido si la pones en una velocidad un poco más rápida 😌.

Ya he visto esta portada por ahí, pero no llamó mi atención 😅 Pero ya que la apruebas le daré una oportunidad...
Aún no la he visto pero me han dicho que es mejor o igual que la de Chernobyl es interesante saber qué pasó en esos días previos a los peores desastres medioambientales de la humanidad
Mmmm, lo que pasa es que fueron sucesos que se dieron de maneras muy diferentes pero, si bien me gustó esta serie siento que Chernóbil es mejor en términos de cómo manejaron todo y el guión sobre todo. Aunque todo depende del espectador 😌
Esta serie se va a mi lista, no sabía de ella la verdad, netflix la tenía escondida. Suena bastante interesante y creo que puedo aprender un poco más sobre ese suceso. Gracias por el resumen.
