[ESP-ING] "Bodies": Mi problema con las series de viajes en el tiempo 🍿

Me puse a prueba al ver esta miniserie amigos, y es porque no soy muy fan de las producciones de ciencia ficción que tienen como trama principal los viajes en el tiempo (Dark es la excepción porque me encantó y creo que es una de las series más completas que he visto), así que hoy les estaré hablando de:
I put myself to the test by watching this miniseries friends, and it's because I'm not a big fan of sci-fi productions that have time travel as their main plot (Dark is the exception because I loved it and I think it's one of the most complete series I've seen), so today I'll be telling you about:

| Esta producción británica de ciencia ficción, se estrenó en el año 2023 y está basada en una novela gráfica del mismo nombre del año 2015, que fue escrita por Si Spencer. Está protagonizada por: Jacob Fortune-Lloyd, Shira Haas, Amaka Okafor, Kyle Sóller, Greta Scacchi, Tom Mothersdale, Michael Jibson y Esteban Graham. La historia inicia cuando un mismo cuerpo es encontrado por diferentes detectives de la policía en el mismo lugar pero en 4 diferentes épocas. | This British science fiction production, released in 2023, is based on a 2015 graphic novel of the same name, which was written by Si Spencer. | No me encantó, empezó muy bien, y siento que fue una producción en términos generales muy bien realizada, no es fácil llevar a cabo este tipo de tramas, pero me gustó que mantuvieran el ritmo y el ambiente de misterio hasta el final, y me encantó el manejo de las épocas y los detalles de vestuario, peinados, y otras cosas correspondientes a cada año. | I didn't love it, it started very well, and I feel it was a very well done production in general terms, it's not easy to carry out this kind of plots, but I liked that they kept the rhythm and the mystery atmosphere until the end, and I loved the handling of the periods and the details of costumes, hairstyles, and other things corresponding to each year. |

| Pero, tuvo inconsistencias y el guión jugó en contra en los capítulos finales cuando empezamos a descubrir cómo se viaja en el tiempo, lo que no tiene sentido porque ellos ("los buenos"), tenían la máquina, lo que quiere decir que ellos tenían el poder de romper el bucle y no lo hicieron. Cabe destacar que no soy una experta en la materia, pero si ellos fueron los que empezaron todo al crear la máquina ¿qué tenía que ver Elías y porqué no lo detuvieron? | But, it had inconsistencies and the script played against us in the final chapters when we start to find out how to time travel, which doesn't make sense because they ("the good guys"), had the machine, which means they had the power to break the loop and they didn't do it. | Por otro lado, la manera en la que la detective del 2023 abordó el tema de la bomba fue patético, cómo hizo las cosas simplemente no tenía sentido, y más cuando era una bomba que destruiría a medio país y ella iba sola sin avisar a nadie, o no conocía el protocolo o de verdad la policía se lavó las manos y eran unos inútiles todos 😂. En los últimos 3 capitulos se fueron abajo, porque se empezaron a ver los errores del guión y que algunas cosas simplemente no tenían sentido. | On the other hand, the way the detective of 2023 approached the bomb issue was pathetic, how she did things just didn't make sense, and more when it was a bomb that would destroy half the country and she went alone without warning anyone, or she didn't know the protocol or really the police washed their hands and they were all useless 😂. In the last 3 chapters they went downhill, because you started to see the script mistakes and that some things just didn't make sense. |

| Y cómo manejaron el tema del villano y lograron convencerlo de que no lo hiciera fue demasiado simple y tonto, jugaron la carta de hacer que él se sintiera mal y que cambiara, y lo que me molesta es que utilizaran a la hija del detective para ello, cuando desde el principio ella estuvo de acuerdo con el plan antes de que ellos hicieran eso. Este es el gran problema con estas producciones, que si al momento de juntar los viajes, acontecimientos y el desarrollo de los hechos se les pasa algo o no tiene mucho sentido, todo simplemente se cae. | And how they handled the villain issue and managed to convince him not to do it was too simple and silly, they played the card of making him feel bad and change, and what bothers me is that they used the detective's daughter for that, when from the beginning she agreed with the plan before they did that. This is the big problem with these productions, that if at the time of putting together the journeys, events and the development of the events they miss something or it doesn't make much sense, everything just falls apart. |
