Hola amantes del cine y la televisión en hive, una vez más como es costumbre les compartiré mi opinión sobre series y películas que he visto recientemente, en este caso termine hace poco de ver ésta serie llamada "Sharp Objects" una serie que te envuelve en el misterio de una serie de asesinatos despiadados en donde nuestra protagonista tendrá que volver al pueblo de su infancia y revivir los horrores de su niñez y adolescencia con el objetivo de escribir una historia para su periódico, lo que no sabe es que al volver se verá de nuevo envuelta por los recuerdos doloroso y es allí donde ella vera si puede con toda aquella dura verdad de su pasado. Hello movie and TV lovers in hive, once again as usual I will share with you my opinion about series and movies I've seen recently, in this case I recently finished watching this series called "Sharp Objects" a series that involves you in the mystery of a series of ruthless murders where our protagonist will have to return to the town of her childhood and relive the horrors of her childhood and adolescence with the aim of writing a story for her newspaper, What she doesn't know is that when she returns, she will find herself once again involved in painful memories and it is there where she will see if she can deal with the harsh truth of her past. Hablando un poco sobre el cast de la serie contamos con un reparto lleno de mucho talento, como nuestras tres principales protagonistas tenemos a Amy Adams en el papel de Camille Preaker la reportera que deberá volver a buscar en las heridas de su pasado para resolver el misterio en el pueblo donde nació, Patricia Clarkson en el papel de Adora Crellin quien es la madre de Camille y Eliza Scanlen en el papel de Amma Crellin la hermanastra de Camille. Además contamos con muchos más actores y actrices que hicieron un maravilloso trabajo interpretando a los personajes tan complejos de esta serie como lo son Chris Messina, Matt Craven, Sophia Lillis, Henry Czerny, Taylor John Smith, Madison Davenport, Lulu Wilson, Elizabeth Perkins, entre otros más.

Una serie con un reparto increíble que nos brinda aún más misterios y suspenso en la trama de esta miniserie. Con cada diálogo y actuación presentada nos harán pensar y dudar de sus vidas y que tan relacionados están con la historia de los asesinatos.

Hace un tiempo me salieron algunos vídeos sobre esta serie y me llamo mucho la atención más que todo por la estética que ésta presentaba, los colores y las escenas me parecían muy llamativas con un tinte oscuro y triste, también algo terrorífico al estilo suspenso psicológico asi que decidí verla y entender toda esa aura que mostraba. Es una serie cruda que habla sobre las adicciones, las autolesiones y sobre un tema muy poco hablado pero que aún así sigue presente hasta la actualidad que es el Síndrome de Münchhausen, el cual se caracteriza por ser un trastorno mental caracterizado por los padecimientos a consecuencia de crear dolencias para asumir el papel de enfermo pero así como esta la variación de fingir el papel de una persona enferma también está el caso contrario el cual es el de el cuidador y este cumple el papel de cuidar a la supuesta persona enferma. La serie nos muestra desde un inicio el fuerte problema de nuestra protagonista Camille la cual al verse en la decisión de volver a su lugar de nacimiento se ve afectada por los recuerdos retorcidos de todos los traumas que sufrió y a consecuencia de esto la vemos caer en el alcoholismo como método de defensa ante tales recuerdos, que no solo son recuerdos, sino que al volver con su madre todo vuelve a como si ella nunca se hubiera ido de aquel lugar.

Some time ago I saw some videos about this series and it caught my attention mainly because of the aesthetics it presented, the colors and scenes seemed very striking with a dark and sad tinge, also something terrifying in the style of psychological suspense so I decided to watch it and understand all that aura it showed. It is a raw series that talks about addictions, self-harm and about a topic very little talked about but still present to this day which is the Münchhausen Syndrome, which is characterized as a mental disorder characterized by suffering as a result of creating ailments to assume the role of sick but as well as this variation of pretending the role of a sick person is also the opposite case which is that of the caregiver and this fulfills the role of caring for the supposed sick person. The series shows us from the beginning the strong problem of our protagonist Camille who when she decides to return to her birthplace is affected by the twisted memories of all the traumas she suffered and as a result of this we see her fall into alcoholism as a method of defense against such memories, which are not only memories, but when she returns to her mother everything returns to as if she had never left that place.

La serie intercala secuencias del pasado con el presente para dar mejor explicación a la vida de Camille, nos muestran situaciones que la marcaron de por vida en las cuales ella debe acudir para conseguir más información para el trabajo que está realizando y poco a poco se dará cuenta que aquel misterio no está tan alejado de ella y de su historia. Es una serie compleja y con temas fuertes, con escenas explícitas que mostrarán la crudeza de la situación como lo es con las autolesiones y las cicatrices que quedan, las adicciones y como se muestra el alcoholismo de Camille y como lo usa para sobrellevar el peso de todo su doloroso pasado, además de esto las relaciones familiares y como la toxicidad de ellas pueden influir en la forma en la que se desarrollan las persona. El misterio con las desapariciones y los asesinatos de las adolescentes del pueblo también son mostrados de la forma más cruda posible para crear este efecto de realidad en la serie.

Los personajes son muy complejos desde los principales hasta los secundarios porque todos tienen algo que contar que servirá para resolver el misterio del pueblo, así mismo podemos ver el desarrollo de nuestra protagonista al final de la serie y que a pesar de que aún lleva el dolor de su pasado éste es menos pesado para continuar con su vida.

The series intersperses sequences from the past with the present to better explain Camille's life, showing us situations that marked her for life in which she must go to get more information for the work she is doing and gradually she will realize that the mystery is not so far from her and her story. It is a complex series with strong themes, with explicit scenes that will show the rawness of the situation as it is with the self-harm and the scars that remain, addictions and how Camille's alcoholism is shown and how she uses it to cope with the weight of all her painful past, in addition to this the family relationships and how the toxicity of them can influence the way in which people develop. The mystery with the disappearances and murders of the teenage girls of the town are also shown in the crudest way possible to create this effect of reality in the series.

The characters are very complex from the main to the secondary ones because they all have something to tell that will serve to solve the mystery of the town, likewise we can see the development of our protagonist at the end of the series and that although she still carries the pain of her past it is less heavy to continue with her life.

Cada elemento en la serie es importante por eso es de suma importancia el detallar todo, los escenarios y los objetos en el ya que son cruciales para el desarrollo de la serie. Y hablando de desarrollo, la serie tiene un tanto lento ya que el tema principal sobre el misterios de las desapariciones y las muertes se resuelve ya a los últimos episodios porque buscan explicar el pasado de ciertos personajes y aunque existen momentos donde uno puede llegar a confundirse por la secuencias del pasado con el presente podemos ver como esto no solo nos ayuda a entender mejor las conductas de los personajes sino a ver más adentro de ellos.

Me encantó esta serie y me pareció súper entretenida desde el inicio hasta el final, siempre me mantuvo al filo del asiento y me dejaba con ganas de más cuando terminaba cada episodio, eso sí, es una serie que tiene bastantes escenas gráficas que podrían considerarse como incómodas y dolorosas de ver pero eso es parte de la escena de la serie, mostrar está realidad retorcida en donde un pueblo parece estar siendo manejado por una sola persona, como interactuando los habitantes y las decisiones que toma lo hacen pensando en aquel que domina el lugar desde las sombras. Con cada escena podemos ir conociendo mejor a nuestra protagonista Camille y entender su vida, lo que vivió y entender el por qué de cada una de sus decisiones y de sus cicatrices, podemos entender el por qué decidió abandonar aquel lugar.

Every element in the series is important so it is of utmost importance to detail everything, the scenarios and objects in it as they are crucial to the development of the series. And speaking of development, the series is somewhat slow because the main theme of the mysteries of disappearances and deaths is resolved in the last episodes because they seek to explain the past of certain characters and although there are moments where one can get confused by the sequences of the past with the present we can see how this not only helps us to better understand the behaviors of the characters but to see more inside them.

I loved this series and I found it super entertaining from start to finish, it always kept me on the edge of my seat and left me wanting more when each episode ended, yes, it is a series that has many graphic scenes that could be considered as uncomfortable and painful to watch but that's part of the scene of the series, showing this twisted reality where a town seems to be managed by one person, as the inhabitants interact and the decisions they make are made thinking of the one who dominates the place from the shadows. With each scene we can get to know better our protagonist Camille and understand her life, what she lived and understand why each of her decisions and her scars, we can understand why she decided to leave that place.

Me encantó esta serie por la cantidad de detalles que tiene, que es algo que me encanta ya que le agrega más peso a ciertas situaciones y detallarlo y entender el por qué está ahí es algo que siempre me ha gustado en las series sobretodo en las de género misterio/drama o incluso en las de crimen que actualmente se agrega como nuevo gusto a la hora de verme una serie. Me parece que enfocar la serie en enfermedades que muestras el lado vulnerable de los personajes es muy interesante de analizar, a medida de flashbacks, en cada episodio se explora a los personajes desde un ángulo frágil, la serie no busca victimizar a nadie, busca crear personajes auto suficiente que sean más que su carta de presentación, son personajes humanos, con fallos y cualidades, pero todas ellas marcadas en la serie, todo acto tiene una consecuencia en la serie.

Sharp Objects es brillante, es una crítica social a la misma sociedad, y como la gente siempre señala a la persona mas redundante en vez de detenerse un momento a pensar por ellos mismos y no en crear una opinión a base de la mente colectiva, esta serie fomenta en el espectador en ser independiente en todo aspecto, ya sea mental o físico, y en no dejarse de cuestionar todo lo que lo rodea a pesar de que muchas veces siempre haya una opinión pre establecida de cierta persona o evento.

I loved this series for the amount of details it has, which is something I love because it adds more weight to certain situations and detail and understand why it is there is something I've always liked in the series especially in the mystery/drama genre or even in the crime that is currently added as a new taste when watching a series. It seems to me that focusing the series on diseases that show the vulnerable side of the characters is very interesting to analyze, as flashbacks, in each episode the characters are explored from a fragile angle, the series does not seek to victimize anyone, seeks to create self sufficient characters that are more than their cover letter, they are human characters, with flaws and qualities, but all of them marked in the series, every act has a consequence in the series.

Sharp Objects is brilliant, it is a social critique of society itself, and how people always point to the most redundant person instead of stopping for a moment to think for themselves and not to create an opinion based on the collective mind, this series encourages the viewer to be independent in every aspect, whether mental or physical, and not to stop questioning everything around him even though many times there is always a pre-established opinion of a certain person or event.
