Reseña de la serie Machos Alfa

Justo ayer culminábamos el ultimo capitulo de la primera temporada de esta serie española llamada "Machos Alfa" y no podía dejar pasar la oportunidad de escribir una breve reseña. Creo que me gustó más de lo que imagine al comenzar a verla. Una serie de humor bastante divertida pero con un poderoso argumento, y más allá del mensaje de la serie, de la trama, o las risas, las preguntas que me genero es lo que siento ha sido más valioso. Pero, antes de dar mi opinión sobre la serie comencemos con una sinopsis.

Sinopsis:

Cuatro amigos cuarentones atraviesan plena crisis, sienten que pierden su identidad y privilegios como hombres. ¿Acaso el feminismo se está apoderando de todos los espacios? Relegando a los hombres a la miseria de sentido y al patetismo ya que parecen no encajar, la igualdad es un imperativo en estos tiempos, la sociedad imprime nuevas reglas a las que se tienen que ajustar.

Opinión:

Una serie muy divertida, me gusta que la historia se desenvuelva y se desarrolle en torno a 4 ejes o cuatro protagonistas por decirlos así. Estos cuatro amigos viven contextos diferentes pero que giran en torno a la cuestión de la pregunta central. "¿Qué significa ser hombre?" El movimiento feminista intenta promover la igualdad en una sociedad patriarcal, ahora bien, cuando se intenta alterar el código fuente del status quo genera resistencia y inconformidad por parte de aquellos que están acostumbrados a que las cosas sean de un modo. Pues la serie se mueve en torno a este fenómeno. Pero, al ser una serie de humor, me ha parecido bastante divertido.

Una mirada filosófica:

Siempre ando mirando todo con un poco de filosofía y el humor es de las cosas que más filosofía tiene, de hecho, mientras miraba la serie pensé en una famosa frase de un humorista venezolano llamado Aquiles Nazoa, que dijo:

"El humor es una forma de hacernos pensar sin que nos demos cuenta que estamos pensando."

Entre risas que me han suscitado cada capitulo, ha nacido muchas preguntas realmente interesante por ejemplo una que ya he mencionado:

• ¿Qué significa ser hombre?
• ¿Qué es la masculinidad?
• ¿Se nace hombre o nos hacemos hombre?
• ¿Tenemos un rol determinado en la sociedad?
• ¿Cuáles son los problemas de la masculinidad?

Estas son solo algunas de las preguntas que puedo recordar, de hecho, estoy pensando volver a ver la serie tomando apuntes de ciertas ideas relevantes y cuestiones que me parezcan interesantes. Realmente la sociedad debe moverse hacia la igualdad en derechos, aunque no todos somos iguales podemos plantear una realidad en equidad de posibilidades. Hay más cosas que deseo abordar y repensar.

Palabras finales

No es mi mejor reseña, pero quiero dejar plasmado que es una divertida serie española de humor, vale la pena verla. Alpha Males Series Review

Just yesterday we finished the last chapter of the first season of this Spanish series called "Machos Alfa " and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to write a brief review. I think I liked it more than I imagined when I started watching it. A humor series quite funny but with a powerful argument, and beyond the message of the series, the plot, or the laughs, the questions that it generated in me is what I feel has been more valuable. But, before I give my take on the series let's start with a synopsis.

Synopsis:

Four friends in their forties go through a full crisis, they feel they are losing their identity and privileges as men. Is feminism taking over all spaces? Relegating men to the misery of meaning and pathos as they do not seem to fit in, equality is an imperative in these times, society prints new rules to which they have to adjust.

Opinion:

A very funny series, I like that the story unfolds and develops around 4 axes or four protagonists so to speak. These four friends live different contexts but that revolve around the question of the central question. **The feminist movement tries to promote equality in a patriarchal society, but when it tries to alter the source code of the status quo, it generates resistance and nonconformity from those who are used to things being one way. The series revolves around this phenomenon. But, being a humor series, I found it quite funny.

A philosophical look:

I always go around looking at everything with a bit of philosophy and humor is one of the things that has the most philosophy, in fact, while watching the series I thought of a famous phrase from a Venezuelan humorist named Aquiles Nazoa, who said:

"Humor is a way of making us think without us realizing that we are thinking. ".

Between the laughter that each chapter has provoked in me, many really interesting questions have arisen, for example one that I have already mentioned:

• What does it mean to be a man?
• What is masculinity?
• Are we born men or do we become men?
• Do we have a certain role in society?
• What are the problems of masculinity?

These are just some of the questions I can remember, in fact, I am thinking of re-watching the series taking notes of certain relevant ideas and issues that I find interesting. Society really must move towards equality in rights, although we are not all equal we can raise a reality in equality of possibilities. There are more things I wish to address and rethink.

It is not my best review, but I want to say that it is a funny Spanish humor series, worth watching. There are 10 episodes that make up the first season, apparently the second season is already confirmed and you can watch it on Netflix.
