Breaking Bad recommendation.

This post will have spoilers for Breaking Bad.

Main character in this show was Walter White. A chemistry teacher. Basically an ordinary person who got sick with cancer and then decided to turn his life around...By starting to make drugs and becoming a drug lord. He teamed up with his former student Jesse Pinkman and started cooking methamphetamine. At first he seemed like a nobody who got stuck in a wrong place. But he quickly learned the ropes and became infamous. So infamous that he created a new identity for himself- a dying, fustated and oppressed chemistry teacher Walter White suddenly became crime lord "Heisenberg". At first he turned to crime world to provide for his family but soon his pride took over him. After that he still cared about his family. But at the same time he felt that he was Him.

Walter quickly climbed a ladder despite having several powerful crime bosses as well as his own family members as enemies. He really became a cold blooded monster. It seemed that the only way for him to survive in a pool with so many sharks was becoming one of them. At the same time his pride proved to be a fatal flaw.

But my favorite character was not Walter White "Heisenberg". It was another shark/ drug lord. His name was Gus. A man who had a cover as an owner of restaurants. But in reality was huge crime boss. As seen in the video below he seemed to not flinch in front of death. During entire show he was one cruel, cunning and stylish bastard. And perhaps the greatest rival for Walter White.

All in all Breaking Bad is a brilliant TV show. Is it really one of the best TV shows ever created? Probably yes. But I still enjoyed some perhaps not as great shows( Columbo, Vikings, Peaky blinders, Spartacus, House...) more. Still I higly reccomend this show.
