Music has been part of film and television production right from the ages past. The role of music can't just be overemphasized hence it's inseparable as far as I am concerned. There are varied music that is engaged in virtually all movies productions. It could be a soundtrack, instrumentals or a genre or a jingle a complete songs which helps to portray and convey the genuineness of a particular movie. In this post, I would share the significance of music in the film and television production and some practical experience thus far.

Music normally does a lot when it comes to film and television production. In film, it emphasizes a scene with a sound. For instance if they are acting a scene where there is occultic activities. The sound alone tells you and also portrays the act which captivates the listener and watcher. Many times even if I am not paying attention to the entire film but a single sound of how occultic activities are done attracts my attention to come over and see what's happening.
Music in film production is a means where it communicate the message from the director to the audience. There are scenes where the actor and actress might not demonstrate it but the kind of sound display or song playing at the background always informs the audience of what is happening. Is not everything you talk, the sound compliments other areas.

Music in film production can easily evoke one's emotions and creates an atmosphere of intense feeling. There was a time I was watching a movie, by the kind of songs and instruments played had already turned on my emotions. I became so tensed and I almost literally cried. Hmmm this is the power of music which stimulates my feelings.

Music in television production as well has a cardinal role to play. For instance, once is time for network news on NTA there is a sound that comes up which informs the audience that it's time for news hour. Presently all media station both audio and video arm uses music for their news tip hour which most audience are used to and prepare themselves to listen to information at such time.

Music can be used as jingles which conveys an undoubted information. I could remember the program I had last year, my kid sister produced a jingle for me. This really saved me the time and energy in going out inviting people literally with my voice and gadgets. I just played the track and mounted the speaker on top of the car and set it on continuous play. It really attracted the attention of so many people.

Do you know that there lots of movies and television show that weren't known if not because of the sound bite. Once you hear the sound you will quickly connect to the film or depict the kind of program ongoing. Now we are in the Christmas season. The sounds that comes forth even without a video you will know it's Christmas season.
