In terms of Reva's situation, my only issue with her is that I think she should've succumbed to her injuries at the very end. Maul's I can get because it's established by then that dark side users can survive mega crazy injuries by using their pain and sufferring to fuel the dark side within them (we saw this before Maul even "survived" in clone wars just from Anakin in ep3 alone). Grand Inquisitor makes sense because of the multiple stomachs thing and dark side stuff, too. Reva for the first two times she gets stabbed, dark side magicky voodoo magic as well. However, as I mentioned above, the thing that we know was keeping Reva alive was her undying need for revenge--to seek justice by killing Vader and Obi-Wan for what happened. But in the end she managed to turn back to the light because of how Obi-Wan helped her. Light side individuals we know can't use the force to hold onto their natural lifespan because that's just how it works--the whole thing about serving the light and being on the light is that one is giving themselves over to the force. So I think after Reva turned back to the light, she should've succumbed to her injuries--as the only thing keeping her alive, the dark side, was untethered to her at that point. This is the same interpretation I have of Maul's death scene in Rebels, too, but with the added caveat of him taking one final death blow in the very end. I see Maul at that point as a tired old man who's exhausted himself of the dark side, someone who's accepted the inevitable of his impending doom. His allowance of Obi-Wan to cradle him in death and his questioning of Luke being the chosen one insinuates to me that in his final moments he's allowing himself to hope that all he's worked for, all he's failed at, wasn't in vain. Vader dies in a similar fashion as well, only after he's given up the hatred in his heart and accepted his fate for what was to come.
Sabine surviving I can rationalize because while she isn't succumbing to the dark side, the injury she endured wasn't a direct stab to any vital region of her chest area--and she received almost immediate medical attention.
