Hola hola, hace poco por recomendación de YouTube, me vi una película llamada La increíble historia de la Isla de las Rosas. A decir verdad, no tenía muchas esperanzas de que fuera una gran película, ya que no conocía a ningún actor (y ya saben, eso crea algún prejuicio). En pocas palabras me llevé una gran sorpresa al terminarla de ver, ya que es una historia que está basada en eventos reales que ocurrieron en 1968, les contaré un poco de como me pareció.

La isla de las rosas, es una película italiana (por eso no conocía a ningún actor), de comedia, pero no es una comedia a la que yo estuviera acostumbrado, pero eso no le quito que fuera divertida. También tiene drama, ya que hay situaciones donde nuestro protagonista, duda de lo que estaba haciendo.

Dando un resumen de la historia (Sin espóiler), Esta trata de un hombre ingeniero, que le gusta inventar; a lo largo de la vida eso le contrae problemas legales. En un momento, le llego la idea de crear su propio país, y que fuera un estado sin ley, donde nadie, le pudiera decir que puede o no hacer, y sí que lo logro; este hecho histórico es conocido como la "República de Rose Island".

Como podrán imaginarse, esto le contrajo otros problemas legales, es que solo de pensar, en crear una isla artificial, en frente de un país y declararte como un país independiente, pues... eso no tiene mucha lógica. Ahora que lo pienso bien, el mundo ha creado leyes, por personas como nuestro buen Giorgio Rosa, ya que gracias a que personas como él que rompe el sistema social, este debe de hacer ajustes, para que cualquiera no vaya y se aproveche de los vacíos legales.

Al ver esta película, surgió un nuevo amor en mí (cosa que no pasa siempre, a no ser que fuera un anime y este no es el caso, jajajajaja), cuando vi a Matilda De Angelis, que hace el papel de la expareja (y pareja a la vez) de nuestro protagonista, fue como amor a primera vista (claro, para mí, porque ella ni sabe que existo, triste pero cierto). Me gusto mucho su papel, porque hace de una mujer que ya tiene una estabilidad, económica, social y amorosa, aun así, ella lucha por su verdadero amor, sin importar lo que ha logrado.

Este film fue sacado por Netflix, el 9 de diciembre de 2020. Viendo calificaciones en diversas páginas, dan un promedio de 6.7/10, aunque, para mí, tiene un 8.5/10. Opino que la película tiene mucho contenido, dura casi 2 horas, el contexto en toda su trama se siente muy bien, solo sentí en ocasiones hay cosas que pasaron muy rápido o le falto cierto contexto.

En conclusión, es una película que recomiendo a ojos cerrados, Más allá de las calificaciones, la película logra explorar las implicaciones legales y sociales de desafiar el sistema establecido. Supero enormemente mi expectativa inicial, porque a veces, veo películas de actores desconocidos para mí y es una completa decepción.

Hello hello, recently on the recommendation of YouTube, I watched a movie called the island of roses. To tell you the truth, I didn't have much hope that it would be a great movie, since I didn't know any of the actors (and you know, that creates some prejudice). In a few words, I was very surprised when I finished watching it, since it is a story based on real events that happened in 1968, I will tell you a little about how I found it.

The Island of Roses is an Italian movie (that's why I didn't know any of the actors), a comedy, but it's not a comedy that I was used to, but that doesn't mean it wasn't fun. It also has drama, as there are situations where our protagonist, doubts what he was doing.

Giving a summary of the story (no spoiler), this is about a man engineer, who likes to invent; throughout life that gives him legal problems. At one point, he came up with the idea of creating his own country, a lawless state, where no one could tell him what he could or could not do, and he succeeded; this historical fact is known as the "Republic of Rose Island".

As you can imagine, this gave him other legal problems, just thinking about creating an artificial island, in front of a country and declaring yourself as an independent country, well... that does not have much logic. Now that I think about it, the world has created laws, because of people like our good Giorgio Rosa, because thanks to people like him who break the social system, it must make adjustments, so that not just anyone can take advantage of the legal loopholes.

When I saw this movie, a new love arose in me (something that does not always happen, unless it was an anime and this is not the case, hahahahahaha), when I saw Matilda De Angelis, who plays the role of the ex-partner (and partner at the same time) of our protagonist, it was like love at first sight (of course, for me, because she does not even know that I exist, sad but true). I really liked her role, because she plays a woman who already has economic, social and love stability, yet she fights for her true love, no matter what she has achieved.

This film was released by Netflix on December 9, 2020. Seeing ratings on various pages, they give an average of 6.7/10, although, for me, it has an 8.5/10. I think the film has a lot of content, it lasts almost 2 hours, the context throughout its plot feels very good, I just felt that sometimes there are things that happened too fast or lacked some context.

In conclusion, it is a film that I highly recommend. Beyond the ratings, the film manages to explore the legal and social implications of challenging the established system. It greatly exceeded my initial expectation, because sometimes, I see movies of actors unknown to me and it is a complete disappointment.

PS: Matilda De Angelis is my second favorite actress, the first one is Jennifer Lawrence, I even think they have a slight resemblance... I think it's my thing, hahahaha
