CineTV Contest - My Favorite Action Movie
Hello dear friends. I must admit that choosing my favorite action film was a bit challenging. Action is my favorite genre and I have watched many action films since my childhood. The film I want to talk to you about today is The Transporter.
The recent viewing of "Fast & Furious 10" had a significant influence on me in selecting this film. I shared my thoughts about that film in my previous post. It made me very happy to see my favorite actor Jason Statham, even if only for a short time in the film. Unfortunately his appearance was quite brief. When I returned from the cinema I watched a few of his other films to make up for this lack. "The Transporter" was one of them.
This film is a fantastic production with the lead actor's performance, its story and plenty of special effects. Shooting such effects in 2002 must have been more challenging compared to our current time. The film has a duration of 92 minutes.
Let me briefly tell you the story: The film features a transporter named Frank Martin,a former soldier. After changing his profession he starts transporting various items, people and cargo. He carries anything the client wants without getting involved in any other business. But something goes wrong in his next mission.
Transporter Frank violates his own rules and can't even imagine how deep he has gotten into a dirty and dangerous game at first. While trying to rescue a girl named Lai he risks his life throughout the film. But something about this girl quickens his heartbeat and he fights with everything he has to save her and himself.
The acting in this film is truly amazing. I think they all did their best. While sitting in front of the screen I feel like I'm experiencing every minute with them. No matter how many times I watch this film, every minute captivates me with suspense.
The film falls into the action genre that everyone can enjoy. Despite having many chases and gunfights, it appears soft and professionally made even for those who don't particularly love action. That's why I highly recommend enjoying a pleasant evening with popcorn while watching The Transporter.
The Transporter is a Luc Besson film, and that explains everything. It's really a great film. With a great main character, uncompromising life rules, luxury cars, speed, special effects, music... These factors are the elements that make the film successful. The main character's mission is to transport the cargo and deliver it to the designated point. Along the way he encounters many obstacles. Sometimes it may seem like everything is over but the journey continues. How? What can I say? The driver is a real professional. He always delivers the cargo on time and at the specified location without caring about anything or anyone. But in the end, the transporter violates one of his own rules. Oh, it would have been better if he hadn't. Why you ask? You can find the answer by watching the film.
I must say that no descriptive words will be sufficient to convey the true emotions. It needs to be watched because no words can capture the real experience of watching it.
