Review ||✨ENTRE TIERRAS✨|| Netflix Drama series (2024) [ESP/ENG]

Hoy regreso para hablarles un poco sobre un film estrenado recientemente en la plataforma de Netflix aunque anteriormente ya llevaba estrenada en canales originales de su país de origen, España.
A principio, la serie nos promete atraparnos en una intensa historia que la envuelve el misterio y el suspenso, aunque primero nos muestra esa etapa donde todo inicia y como a partir de pequeñas decisiones, depende o no lo que depare o impacte en su futuro.
"Entre Tierras", lleva por nombre una historia ubicada en los años sesenta de una España más dura en cuanto a trabajo y trato hacia la mujer, es ahí donde conocemos a la familia de María interpretado por (Megan Montaner), una mujer luchadora y muy trabajadora quien es capaz de hacer lo que sea con tal de ayudar y sacar adelante a su familia compuesta por su madre y dos hermanos menores, ya que luego de que su padre muriera en un accidente, quedaron prácticamente desprotegidos y perseguidos por las deudas.
Pero María también guarda en su corazón una historia de amor frustrada al ser abandonada por su novio que tenía planes de casarse y formar una familia...pero fuera del pueblo y del país, ya que así conseguirían mejores oportunidades.
Pasa el tiempo y María se ve envuelta en la rutina de múltiples trabajos que la consumen incluyendo su etapa de procrear y tener una familia estable, algo muy mal visto y criticado por la sociedad en esa época. Pero un día su vida da un giro inesperado tras la visita de Ramón (Juanjo Puigcorbé), un apoderado señor que busca esposa, pero para su buena o mala suerte, o decisión de su parte, ésta termina por ofrecerse a cambio de que éste proteja y ayude económicamente a su familia. Pero lo que María no sabe es la sorpresa que le espera en su nueva hogar y su verdadero esposo Manuel (Unax Ugalde), un hombre callado y misterioso que lo envuelve un oscuro secreto, o mejor dicho, una misteriosa desaparición que más tarde se confirmaría ser un asesinato.
Hasta ahí la trama todo bien, pero personalmente para ser una serie de 10 capitulos (relativamente corta en comparación a otras que he visto), siento que el final o el desenlace de todo esto me decepciono un poco, pienso que tenían una gran historia con un gran elenco para explotar pero no lo supieron aprovechar. Mi puntuación para esta serie sería un 6 de 10 por destacar el gran trabajo actoral sobre todo de la protagonista quien tuvo que sufrir duros momentos para poder vivir su verdadera felicidad. Aquí les comparto el tráiler para que la disfruten y se animen a verla si es que aún no lo han hecho.. y ya luego me cuentan que tal les pareció 😸.

Today I'm back to tell you a little about a film recently released on the Netflix platform, although it was previously released on original channels in its country of origin, Spain.
At first, the series promises to trap us in an intense story that surrounds the mystery and suspense, but first shows us that stage where everything starts and how from small decisions, depends or not what awaits or impact on their future.
"Entre Tierras", is a story set in the sixties of a harsher Spain in terms of work and treatment of women, is where we meet the family of María played by (Megan Montaner), a fighter and hardworking woman who is able to do whatever it takes to help and raise her family composed of her mother and two younger brothers, because after his father died in an accident, they were practically unprotected and persecuted by debts.
But Maria also keeps in her heart a frustrated love story when she was abandoned by her boyfriend who had plans to get married and start a family...but outside the town and the country, since they would get better opportunities.
Time goes by and Maria is involved in the routine of multiple jobs that consume her, including her stage of procreating and having a stable family, something very frowned upon and criticized by society at that time. But one day her life takes an unexpected turn after the visit of Ramón (Juanjo Puigcorbé), a powerful gentleman who is looking for a wife, but for her good or bad luck, or decision on his part, she ends up offering herself in exchange for him to protect and help her family economically. But what Maria does not know is the surprise that awaits her in her new home and her real husband Manuel (Unax Ugalde), a quiet and mysterious man who is shrouded in a dark secret, or rather, a mysterious disappearance that would later be confirmed to be a murder.
So far the plot is fine, but personally for a series of 10 episodes (relatively short compared to others I've seen), I feel that the end or the denouement of all this disappointed me a little, I think they had a great story with a great cast to exploit but they did not know how to take advantage of it. My score for this series would be a 6 out of 10 for highlighting the great acting work especially of the main character who had to suffer hard times to be able to live her true happiness. Me gustan mucho las series dramáticas, y hace días que tengo ganas de ver una serie de este género, así que la buscaré a ver que tal, aunque no es del todo lo que se esperaba, se merece la oportunidad.
Jeje si eso a veces pasa, pero si buscas un género de este estilo con una trama misteriosa, entonces si te animo a que por lo menos pruebes a ver qué tal 😁...por cierto, a mi también me encanta este género y es de lo último que he buscado para mirar 🤭💕
