Review || 👑❄️KING THE LAND❄️👑 || Korean Netflix series (2023) [ESP/ENG]
Hola mis queridos lectores de Hive y amantes del mundo cinematográfico ❤️ con una de mis últimas recomendaciones, me gustaría cerrar este año compartiendoles una de las series que me he mirado estos días aprovechando los días en la semana de navidad y prácticamente la última semana del año. Justamente quería buscar una serie no tan larga y que me entretuviera y entonces se me ocurrió mirar una serie coreana o como mejor se le conocen K-dramas o doramas, la verdad es que también le debía mirar este género a mi amiga ya que a ella si le encantan y como sabe que yo nunca las he mirado, cada título que me recomienda yo lo miro, y opino según como me haya parecido, y hoy les compartiré esta serie que tiene una historia bastante peculiar, y fue bastante popular en su reciente estreno, aunque la mayoría de las series coreanas las caracteriza un sentido del humor muy único con un romance muy blanco, esta no será la excepción.
En primera impresión KING THE LAND empieza bastante diferente a comparación con otras series que he mirado, una chica muy simpática y decidida a triunfar, aunque por desaciertos del destino no se le a podido hacer su sueño de trabajar en el hotel más prestigioso del lugar. Otra cosa que me llamo la atención fue la particularidad que a la protagonista la destaca mucho su sonrisa, algo que le ha favorecido para obtener algunas cosas, más sin embargo, este "atributo" no será suficiente para un persona en especial con quién tendrá que convivir y demostrarle que es más que un rostro bonito y que realmente merece estar en el puesto que desea, poseer un cargo superior y dirigir ese hotel que una vez soño desde niña. El problema...es que no será tan fácil como imagina.
La historia como ya les venia contando, básicamente transcurre mayormente en el gran hotel King, la protagonista Cheon Sa Rang (Im Yoon-ah), conoce desde niña este hotel y queda fascinada, tanto que sueña algún día poder manejarlo y gerenciar, y para ello empieza a trabajar muy duro, sin embargo conseguir empleo allí no es tan fácil, creo que en el país en general es muy complicado, el punto es que un día se le presenta la oportunidad de acudir a una entrevista y gracias a su encantadora "sonrisa", o quizás por mucha suerte y errores de operación, la llaman para que asista y empiece a trabajar obviamente desde un puesto inferior, pero con el pasar del tiempo, y mucho esfuerzo ésta logra subir hasta uno más alto. Mucho más atrás, en el tiempo cuando la protagonista entra por primera vez a este hotel, llega el hijo del dueño Gu Won (Lee Jun-Ho), quien parece tener la vida resuelta al venir de un mundo de buena posición y estatus pero en realidad carga un peso familiar al tener problemas especialmente con su padre y su madrastra quién prácticamente maneja el hotel y quiere impedir que su hijo tome el control. Eso Gu Won no le importa y decide no peliar por tener un puesto en el hotel haciendo que el sueño de Cheon Sa cada vez sea más posible. Hasta que un día ambos se encuentran en este hotel y su primer encuentro no es necesariamente el mejor y desde ahí su relación empieza con una rivalidad que quizás podría terminar en una unión muy conveniente para desenmascarar a la esposa del jefe y alguno de los dos manejen el prestigioso hotel.
Esta serie aún no la he terminado de ver pero espero terminarla antes de fin de año, en su estreno tuvo buena audiencia y no es para menos ya que tiene grandes y famosas estrellas como protagonistas. Mi puntuación hasta los momentos para esta serie sería un 8 de 10 porque aún me falta mucho por ver, pero la verdad está muy entretenida y la historia sin querer me a enganchado mucho. Aquí les comparto el tráiler para que la disfruten y se animen a verla si es que aún no lo han hecho.. y ya luego me cuentan que tal les pareció 😸.

I just wanted to look for a series not so long and that entertained me and then it occurred to me to watch a Korean series or as it is better known K-dramas or doramas, the truth is that I also had to watch this genre to my friend because she loves them and as she knows that I have never watched them, every title that she recommends me I watch it, And today I will share with you this series that has a very peculiar story, and was quite popular in its recent premiere, although most Korean series are characterized by a very unique sense of humor with a very white romance, this will not be the exception.
In first impression KING THE LAND begins quite different compared to other series I've watched, a very nice girl and determined to succeed, although by fate's misfortunes she has not been able to achieve her dream of working in the most prestigious hotel in the place. Another thing that caught my attention was the particularity that the protagonist's smile stands out a lot, something that has favored her to obtain some things, however, this "attribute" will not be enough for a special person with whom she will have to live and show that she is more than a pretty face and that she really deserves to be in the position she wants, to hold a higher position and run that hotel she once dreamed of since she was a child. The problem...is that it won't be as easy as she imagines.
The story, as I have already told you, basically takes place mostly in the big King hotel, the main character Cheon Sa Rang (Im Yoon-ah), knows this hotel since she was a child and is fascinated, so much so that she dreams of one day being able to manage it, and for that she starts to work very hard, however, getting a job there is not so easy, The point is that one day she has the opportunity to attend an interview and thanks to her charming "smile", or perhaps because of a lot of luck and operational errors, she is called to attend and start working obviously from a lower position, but with the passage of time, and a lot of effort she manages to climb to a higher one. Much further back in time when the protagonist first enters this hotel, the owner's son Gu Won (Lee Jun-Ho) arrives, who seems to have his life figured out as he comes from a world of good position and status but in reality he carries a family burden as he has problems especially with his father and stepmother who practically runs the hotel and wants to prevent his son from taking control.Gu Won doesn't care about that and decides not to fight for a position in the hotel making Cheon Sa's dream more and more possible. Until one day they both meet in this hotel and their first meeting is not necessarily the best and from there their relationship starts a rivalry that could perhaps end in a very convenient union to unmask the boss's wife and one of the two will run the prestigious hotel.
I have not yet finished watching this series but I hope to finish it before the end of the year, in its premiere it had a good audience and it is not for less since it has big and famous stars as protagonists. My score so far for this series would be an 8 out of 10 because I still have a lot to see, but the truth is very entertaining and the story without wanting to hook me a lot. Siempre me causan gracia encontrarme con estas coincidencias, pero también la empecé a ver hace poco y me tiene fascinada 🤭. Estoy bastante enganchada, tampoco la terminé de ver, voy por el capítulo 10, pero me parece muy entretenida y me gustan mucho los protagonistas. Siento que es una muy buena historia ✨
