No sé si en algún momento de la vida te has podido detener y pensar de una manera consiente y preguntarte porque siempre me pasa esto, porque siempre me engañan o porque no puedo establecerme. quizás estas u otras preguntas te saltan sin saber una razón.
Nuestra vida es cÃclica, y condicionados por las vivencias y dolores de nuestros ancestros.
Mi otra yo titulo original Zeytin Ağacı es una serie romántica turka de Nuran Evren Şit 2022 consta de 8 episodios trata sobre las constelaciones familiares donde los personajes de esta serie tratan de sanar y conseguir respuestas a través de esta terapia.
Esta serie cuenta la historia de tres amigas que se aventuran a conocer una técnica alternativa para sanar el cuerpo y el alma. Cada una con su sistema de creencias enfrenta su propio desafÃo, su manera de ver la vida, de ver el amor, cada una enfrenta secretos dolorosos de familia de ancestros que de alguna manera condicionan la vida de cada una.
El olivo también forma parte de ambientación de la serie como un sÃmbolo de longevidad, además es un sÃmbolo de resistencia y de sobrevivencia a las adversidades, cosas que por el hecho de ser humanos vivimos.
El reparto es muy bueno, cada una lleva su historia en mucho de su transitar te puedes identificar, cada episodio te muestra la vulnerabilidad de los personajes y sus motivos para la resistencia ante lo desconocido, el apego a lo tradicional, el dolor que pudo haber causado un amor del pasado, el perdón, la creencia de que el amor todo lo puede incluso lo vemos, es una historia muy humana y que además te lleva a querer transitar y vivir la experiencia de conocer tu historia familiar.
El tema central son las constelaciones familiares que es una técnica de sanación donde el terapeuta o constelador, en este caso mediante la participación de personas puede conectar con le energÃa familiar y conocer situaciones que pudieron afectar la genética familiar que puede trascender desde las generaciones pasadas a las futuras. Fue creada por Bert Hellinger psicoterapeuta.
La intención de la técnica es abordar y resolver ciertos conflictos, promover el conocimiento del porque le suceden las cosas conocer el dolor, para sanarlo y que ocurra un cambio de perspectiva y transitar por la vida de una manera más tranquila y sana.
Yo personalmente hace algún tiempo participe en una constelación familiar grupal y pude observar varias cosas y eso me dio otra perspectiva de mi vida, mis cambios no han sido exteriores sino internos es algo que he venido trabajando desde entonces.
Esta serie me llamo la atención y me gustó mucho por el tema que aborda y porque lo da a conocer, esta serie ha tenido mucha aceptación por lo que muchos estamos anhelando una segunda temporada de esta serie.
Esta serie está disponible en Netflix y si no la ha visto lo invito a verla ..

My other self, original title Zeytin Ağacı, is a Turkish romantic series by Nuran Evren Şit 2022 consisting of 8 episodes about family constellations where the characters of this series try to heal and get answers through this therapy.
This series tells the story of three friends who venture to know an alternative technique to heal the body and soul. Each one with its system of beliefs faces its own challenge, its way of seeing life, of seeing love, each one faces painful family secrets of ancestors that in some way condition the life of each one.
The olive tree is also part of the series' setting as a symbol of longevity, in addition to being a symbol of resistance and survival to adversities, things that as human beings we live.
The cast is very good, each one carries its story in much of its transit you can identify, each episode shows the vulnerability of the characters and their motives for resistance to the unknown, attachment to the traditional, the pain that a love from the past may have caused, forgiveness, the belief that love can do everything we even see it, it is a very human story and that also takes you to want to transit and live the experience of knowing your family history.
The main theme is family constellations, which is a healing technique where the therapist or constellation, in this case through the participation of people, can connect with the family energy and know situations that may have affected the family genetics that can transcend from past to future generations. It was created by Bert Hellinger, a psychotherapist.
The intention of the technique is to address and resolve certain conflicts, promote the knowledge of why things happen to you, know the pain, to heal it and that a change of perspective occurs and life is transit through more peaceful and healthy.
I personally participated in a group family constellation some time ago and I was able to observe several things and that gave me another perspective of my life, my changes have been internal not external, it is something that I have been working on since then.
This series caught my attention and I liked it a lot because of the subject it addresses and because it makes it known, this series has been very successful so many of us are looking forward to a second season of this series.

En realidad hay personas que le pasan unas cosas a veces inexplicable, quizás puede sr el destino,también puede ser que la llamemos con nuestras actitudes. Es interesante. Gracias por la recomendación voy a buscarla para el tema central me llama la atención.

I didn't know anything about this series, although from the poster, it looks a lot like a soap opera. I will look for it on Netflix to watch the first episode.
