I actually don't recall seeing this even though I might have. When something is rubbish you tend to forget about it and I will start watching it to see if I have or have not seen this more out of curiosity. I enjoy Costner so I probably have seen this.

It's a very forgettable film. I think the idea of this sounded great in the screenplay but in the end it is just a dialogue slog with a few moments of "old guy tough!" sequences.
