A race against time and something else [ENG/ESP]

Have you ever been against time? Most of us have been against time and it is something desperate because time is something that cannot be controlled, it only moves forward and does not stop, no matter what happens it continues without stopping. This reality is part of the main plot in the film 60 Minutes, a title that in my opinion does not fit it quite right because there is no bomb or anything like that as a context, however it gives it a different touch that helps shape the drama that the production presents.
It is a German film, and it is very pleasant to listen to it in its original language, there you can appreciate the original voice of the actors without falling into a low quality doubling. The context of the story is based on a father who due to circumstances and bad decisions is about to lose his daughter, the detail is that he became a father at the age of 19 and since then he has been running away from his responsibilities.
Is it wrong to be a father at that age? Is it possible or not? These questions are interesting, and according to the direction it is not possible due to immaturity, this issue although not developed deeply is touched later in the story and is a major factor in the bad decisions of the protagonist.
¿Has estado alguna vez con el tiempo en contra? la mayoría de nosotros lo ha estado y es algo desesperante porque el tiempo es algo que no se puede controlar, solo avanza y no se detiene, sin importar lo que suceda continua sin parar. Esta realidad forma parte de la trama principal en la película 60 minutos, un título que a mi juicio no le queda del todo bien debido a que no hay una bomba ni nada parecido como contexto, sin embargo le da un toque diferente que ayuda a moldear el drama que la producción presenta.
Es un film alemán, y es muy agradable escucharla en su idioma original, allí se puede apreciar la voz original de los actores sin caer en un doblez de baja calidad. El contexto de la historia se basa en un padre que por circunstancias y malas decisiones está a punto de perder a su hija, el detalle es que se convirtió en padre a los 19 años y desde ese entonces ha estado huyendo de sus responsabilidades.
¿Está mal ser padre a esa edad? ¿Se puede o no? Estas interrogantes son interesantes, y según la dirección no es posible debido a la inmadurez, este tema aunque no se desarrolla profundamente se toca más adelante en la historia y es un factor principal en las malas decisiones del protagonista.

Initially the story shows him as a victim but later it is made clear that he is not, and this is positive because it leaves us with an interesting message about fatherhood and how seriously it should be taken, it also allows us to see the consequences of not being responsible. The main point is that Octavio -our protagonist- is about to lose custody of his daughter, and precisely the day of her birthday he is at a crossroads, he is a mixed martial arts fighter and has a fight that day, but by fate everything goes wrong and it is difficult for him to attend the birthday but his daughter as every girl is looking forward to it.
Desperation plays an important role because his ex pressures him and the girl also with the calls, this makes Octavio abandon the fight and go to his little girl. Up to this point there doesn't seem to be much of a problem other than a disqualification, but his manager had rigged the fight and some mobsters were involved. Can you imagine the plot from this point? A 60-second chase that has lots of action, martial arts all over the place and background music that I never liked.
Inicialmente la historia nos lo muestra como una víctima pero más adelante se nos aclara que no es así, y esto es positivo debido a que nos deja un mensaje interesante en cuanto a la paternidad y en lo serio que debe ser tomada, también nos permite ver las consecuencias de no ser responsables. El punto principal es que Octavio –nuestro protagonista- está a punto de perder la custodia de su hija, y justamente el día del cumpleaños de esta se encuentra en una encrucijada, es peleador de artes marciales mixtas y tiene un combate ese día, pero por cosas del destino todo sale mal y se le dificulta asistir al cumpleaños pero su hija como toda niña lo espera con ansias.
El desespero juega un papel importante porque su ex lo presiona y la niña también con las llamadas, esto hace que Octavio abandone la pelea y se valla donde su pequeña. Hasta aquí no parece haber mayor problema que una descalificación, pero su manager había amañado la pelea y unos mafiosos estaban involucrados. ¿Te podrás imaginar la trama desde este punto? Una persecución de 60 segundos que tiene mucha acción, artes marciales por todos lados y una música de fondo que jamás me gusto.

A decent production / Una producción decente
There is a lot of "hype" around this production, something exaggerated in my opinion, it has a very subjective plot, the story practically takes us to the resolution of a personal matter of the protagonist, and everything paradoxically is resolved by blows and in 60 minutes, hence the title. I had not seen this kind of productions for a long time, however I do not think they are bad because they develop important issues in people's lives.
Even so they are very tiny and especially if we are used to films that cover a deeper plot, but this one is particularly entertaining because of the action that surrounds it. In my case I like martial arts and I find it very well done. The actors play their roles very well, even the mobsters look like real mobsters, only the boss lady made me laugh a little bit because of that similarity to "Al Padrino" but female and old.
It's definitely a movie that can entertain, its message is simple and not very strong. It doesn't leave you thinking after it's over, but it's still good to spend some time watching the action and a lot of adrenaline.
Hay mucho “hype” alrededor de esta producción, algo exagerado a mi parecer, tiene una trama muy subjetiva, la historia prácticamente nos lleva a la resolución de un asunto personal del protagonista, y todo paradójicamente se resuelve a los golpes y en 60 minutos, de allí el título. Tenía tiempo que no veía este tipo de producciones, sin embargo no me parecen malas porque se desarrollan temas importantes en la vida de las personas.
Aun así son muy minúsculas y sobre todo si estamos acostumbrados a films que abarcan una trama más profunda, pero está particularmente es entretenida por la acción que la rodea. En mi caso que me gustan las artes marciales me parece muy bien hecha. Los actores ejecutan muy bien sus papeles, incluso los mafiosos parecen mafiosos reales, solo la mandamás me causo un poco de risa por esa similitud “Al Padrino” pero mujer y pasada de años.
Definitivamente es una película que puede entretener, su mensaje es simple y nada contundente. No te deja pensando después que termina, de igual manera es buena para pasar el rato viendo golpes, acción y mucha adrenalina.

La tengo marcada para verla. Estoy poniéndome al día con otras. Me gusta verla en idioma original todas las películas. No soporto doblaje. es imposible evaluar la actuación cuando es doblado.
Así es, me pasa lo mismo. Lo único que veo sin doblaje y es porque me parece de calidad es todo lo relacionado a los vengadores, Marvel, etc., del resto en idioma original 😎
