Hello and welcome back to Frey's Findings! I hope you enjoy this week's issue. Let's get into it!

This week in the movie world, Oppenheimer has been trending. Everyone has either been going to see Barbie or Oppenheimer in theatres. One extreme to another haha! The film is based on J. Robert Oppenheimer, who was an American physicist. The plot of this film follows Oppenheimer's role in the development of the atomic bomb. He is often considered the father of the atomic bomb. This film has a run time of 3 hours (!!) Have you watched this one yet? It sounds interesting to me and I love anything and everything to do with history! Anyone else? This film stars Cillian Murphy as lead role.
Here is the trailer!

This week on Netflix, I have been streaming the show 'Schitt's Creek'. I heard of this show back in 2021 from a family friend. They recommended it and I ended up watching one episode and couldn't get into it. I tried to watch it again when it was on the TV and ended up really getting into it! That is about the only thing I'm streaming at the moment haha! It is a perfect binge watch and easy going. There are 6 seasons and stars Catherine O'Hara (Who some may recognise from Home Alone), Eugene Levy, Dan Levy and Annie Murphy as main characters. Interestingly, the show was created by father and son duo Eugene and Dan who play Johnny and David Rose.
I will link the trailer to the first season here! I really recommend this one if you are looking for a good laugh and an easy watch.

This week on streaming services, 'Leave No Trace' has been trending. The film follows a father and his thirteen year old daughter who are living an ideal existence in a park in Portland, Oregon when a small mistake derails their lives forever. I hadn't heard of this film but I like the sound of it. You can stream this one on Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV. This film stars Ben Foster and Thomasin McKenzie as main leads. I will link the trailer below!

This week on YouTube, the new trailer for Loki Season 2 has been released. Do you guys keep up with the Marvel franchise? I have watched a few in my time but I don't keep up with it. I know that people my age keep up with Marvel and love Tom Hiddleston (Who plays Loki). I just know this season will be a hit, I think every Marvel film ever has been a hit haha! Here is the trailer for you to watch!
You can stream it from October 6th on Disney+.

This week in the celebrity world, it was announced yesterday that 'Euphoria' star Angus Cloud has died at age 25 from a suspected drug overdose. I haven't watched the series all the way through but I have seen clips of it- his death has shocked me so much. 25 is so young! Has anyone here watched Euphoria? My thoughts are with his family at this time.

That is the end of this week's edition of Frey's Findings, see you all next week!

we haven't seen Oppenheimer as yet. My Bonnie Bride wants to wait until it is out on DVD or Blu-Ray because it is 3+ hours long. Not sure if I want to wait to see it.
