Cine TV Community Spotlight #03
Hello and welcome to the 3RD edition of Cine TV Community Spotlight. In a bid to boost engagement and interaction in the community, as well as showcase the work of deserving authors, the Cine TV Spotlight Series has begun.
And it’s all simple. At the end of every week, we spotlight works by authors based on the content, originality, style and word count. It is not a contest but just our way of creating exposure for the works that we enjoyed throughout the week and to also boost exceptionally written content by our authors. Simply put, give it your best and have fun while at it, and then we showcase your work here.

Title: A Thrilling and Dark Rollercoaster- The Wasp
This psycho-thriller truly blew me away. I applaud the screenwriters and director for a job well done. The plot is good but the storytelling is even better. The pace is slow at the beginning as the audience is inundated with clues about the characters. Somewhere in the middle of the film, the pieces begin to fall into place, the motive of the characters becoming clear but the ending uncertain. Then the film creators give us a most unpredictable ending that makes our jaws drop in shock.

Title: La La Land
What is initially presented as a lighthearted and dynamic comedy slows down as the two characters grow closer. The setting accompanies these changes, from a brightness at the beginning of the film to an intimate darkness. The two partners support each other's dreams. Both go through great disappointments in which throwing in the towel is the most sensible thing to do.

Title: Salem's Lot
While none of the lead actors are out of place, they also fail to elevate the film or provide truly memorable moments.
One of the strengths of Salem's Lot is its setting, Jerusalem's Lot remains a small town, where isolation and paranoia play an important role in creating an atmosphere of dread, yet the direction does not fully utilise the visual resources available to keep the fear constant.

Turns out Teddy was a delusion. A different reality created by Andrew Laeddis where he wasn't a murderer. Andrew had created another reality,in it he was a hero,a Us marshal on a task to solve and stop crime but in the real world he had killed his wife because she drowned their three children. When I say I couldn't think straight for days,it was terrible. I was utterly defeated in trying predict the plot.

The legendary sword Narsil, used to defeat Sauron in The Lord of the Rings films and later wielded by Aragorn, finally makes its appearance. This was such an exciting moment for me because I'd been wondering who had the sword.
