Me gustó de la película que durante la primera hora que transcurre, cada uno de los hechos te hace pensar y te deja varias preguntas que poco a poco se van a ir desenvolviendo. Los personajes que se van incorporando a la trama le van dando vida a la historia de manera fluida.

La forma de ponernos a Nico, el protagonista como un niño con una inteligencia superior, con una familia adinerada y aparentemente es un niño que no le hace falta nada, pues nos hace pensar que todo su comportamiento es por un factor externo que lo impulsa a tener una discordia con su padre, que cree que es un chico con problemas.

El personaje de la hermana de Nico también influye mucho en lo que el espectador pueda pensar de la situación familiar.

Algo que me pareció muy gracioso, fueron las técnicas para enseñar ajedrez del profesor. Que les hacía meditar a los chicos estilo artes marciales.

Son of Cain, a story of intrigue and terror

Greetings fellow movie lovers!
I would like to share with you the review of a movie I saw a few days ago, it is an excellent choice for the weekend if you are one of those who enjoy a plot full of intrigue and mystery: Son of Cain.

This is a 2013 thriller, directed by Jesús Monllaó, who shows us a plot full of intrigue, mind games, expectation and deception. The film has a first class soundtrack that accompanies every moment impeccably, it seems to me that this is the soul of the film, as the background music makes you feel every scene.

The Plot

Nico's parents, played by David Solans, are very concerned about the strange, antisocial and disturbing behavior of their son. So they hire the professional services of a child psychologist who gets Nico the biggest challenge of his career.

The psychologist discovers that Nico is fond of chess and as he is a great master in the game of science he decides to address the boy's problem through the game.

The psychologist finds himself between a rock and a hard place when he discovers the source of his patient's problem.

I liked that during the first hour of the movie, each one of the events makes you think and leaves you with several questions that will gradually unfold. The characters that are incorporated into the plot give life to the story in a fluid way.

The way Nico, the main character, is portrayed as a child with superior intelligence, with a wealthy family and apparently a child who lacks nothing, makes us think that all his behavior is due to an external factor that drives him to have a discord with his father, who believes he is a boy with problems.

The character of Nico's sister also has a big influence on what the viewer may think of the family situation.

Something I found very funny was the teacher's chess teaching techniques. He made the kids meditate martial arts style.

I recommend this movie, it is entertaining, at the beginning it hooks you and gives you the opportunity to draw your own conclusions.
