Road House Review (Eng/Esp)
Hello guys, how are you? It is my first publication here and therefore my first review, so I hope you like it, this time I bring you the review of the movie Road House.
¿Hola chicos, cómo están? Es mi primera publicación por aquí y por ende mi primera reseña, así que espero que sea de agrado para ustedes, en esta oportunidad les traigo la reseña de la película Road House.
I must say that this movie has one from 1989 which has a plot quite similar to the new one, but they changed many things, but the story is similar if you want you can see it before watching the new movie. I personally have not seen it.
Debo decir que esta película tiene una de 1989 la cual tiene una trama bastante similar a la nueva, pero cambiaron muchas cosas, pero la historia se asemejan si quieren pueden verla antes de ver la nueva película. Yo en lo personal no la he visto.
Synopsis / Sinopsis
Dalton, a retired UFC fighter, is hired at the "bar" and I call him the bar because that's what it's called, it doesn't have a name as such hahaha. Upon arriving at this bar he realizes that the place is plagued by violence and corruption and he will have to use everything he learned in martial arts to be able to keep this place under control, but this is not only what he will have to do, but who realizes along the way that this will not be as easy as he thought.
Dalton, un peleador retirado de la UFC es contratado en el "bar" y le digo el bar porque así se llama, no tiene un nombre como tal jajaja. Al llegar a este bar se da cuenta de que el lugar está plagado de violencia y corrupción y tendrá que usar todo lo que aprendió en las artes marciales para poder mantener este lugar bajo control, pero esto no es solo lo que tendrá que hacer, sino que va dando cuenta en el camino que esto no será tan fácil como pensaba.
In this new version of Road House, Jake Gyllenhaal will play Dalton, a martial arts expert with a dark past who is hired to maintain order in a bar that is full of problems. In the antagonist cast we have Conor McGregor who from the moment he appears gives us that mocking vibe that he always did in every fight.
As the film progresses we see how our protagonist Dalton finds himself involved in more and more problems and begins to question the woman who hired him, but does not receive any clear answer from her.
En esta nueva versión de Road House, Jake Gyllenhaal interpretará a Dalton, hombre experto en artes marciales con oscuro pasado que es contratado para mantener el orden en un bar que está lleno de problemas. En el reparto de antagonista tenemos a Conor McGregor el cual desde que aparece nos transmite esa vibra burlona que siempre hacía en cada combate.
A medida que la película avanza podemos como nuestro protagonista dalton se ve envuelto cada vez en más problemas y se pone a cuestionar a la mujer que lo contrato, pero no recibe ninguna respuesta clara de ella.
There is a good chemistry between the actors Gyllenhaal and McGregor on screen from the moment they meet for the first time, it is an explosion of very good fights and above all, several ironic jokes cannot be missing which give that characteristic touch to the film.
One thing that stands out about the film is Jake Gyllenhaal's great physique, which apparently underwent intense training, resulting in a fairly low body fat index, which makes him look quite intimidating, standing out above even the fighter.
Conor McGregor.
Hay una buena química entre los actores Gyllenhaal y McGregor en pantalla desde que se encuentran por primera, es una explosión de combates muy buenos y sobre todo no pueden faltar varios chistes ironico los cuales le dan ese toque característico a la película.
Una cosa que sobresaliente de la película es el gran físico del Jake Gyllenhaal el cual aparentemente se sometió a intensos entrenamientos legando a un índice de grasa bastante bajo, el cual lo hace ver de una manera bastante intimidante, destacando por encima incluso del peleador
Conor McGregor.
Personal opinion/Opinión personal
Personally, I think that the film is quite outstanding only because of the actor Jake Gyllenhaal and because of the interest in seeing Conor McGregor in a film, because otherwise it is quite predictable and despite being an action film I feel that they exaggerate too much with the action scenes, since some touch on the absurd and it is a bit boring. Another thing I would like to add is that the bad guys in the movie lack depth in their goals and I feel like they could have explored more into their purposes and ambitions so that we could understand more why they did some things.
And that would be all I would have to add about the Road House 2024 movie. I would like to make it clear that I am by no means an expert in this type of content, but I really hope you like it 😁.
En lo personal pienso que la película es bastante sobresaliente solo por el actor Jake Gyllenhaal y por el interés de ver a Conor McGregor en una película, pues en lo demás es bastante predecible y a pesar de ser una película de acción siento que exageran demasiado con las escenas de acción, ya que algunas tocan lo absurdo y es un poco aburrido. Otra cosa que me gustaría agregar es que los malos de la película carecen de profundidad en sus objetivos y siento que pudieron haber explorado más en sus propósitos y ambiciones para que pudiéramos entender más por qué hacían algunas cosas.
Y eso sería todo lo que tendría que agregar sobre la película Road House 2024. Me gustaría dejar claro que no soy para nada un experto en este tipo de contenido, pero realmente espero que sea de su agrado 😁.
