New York Comic Con 2024 COSPLAY ~ Saturday Part 2
Welcome back my friends, to the grooviest collection of cosplaying maniacs the Hive Blockchain has ever feasted their collective peepers on. That’s right! This showcase of creativity puts a spotlight on some of the amazing works of art that puttered past my booth at this years New York Comic Con. Seeing this gathering of likeminded nerds who aren’t afraid to don the duds to their favorite characters, is one of my favorite aspects of exhibiting and attending these types of shows.
I spend the convention working my booth, so for 99.9% of the time, I’m limited as to whom struts by my booth. Luckily, there were lots of fun & friendly folks whom are just happy that their hard works & efforts are appreciated by a zilch such as myself. I will state as I have in some of the previous posts covering the other days…I’m not exactly sure who some of these are portraying. Back in the old days it was a lot of mainstream comic & film/tv characters, but lots of people seem to tackle characters from web series and small Indy games these days and sadly…I’m a boomer when it comes to that. 🤷♂️ Regardless, I appreciate all of it.

Their attempts to intimidate and silence their critics are equally concerning. The use of downvotes as a means of censorship is a clear indication of their desperation to maintain their grip on the narrative. But it's not working

The Hive community has been plagued by a rise in spam accounts sharing stolen content. Many of these accounts appear to be linked to a single super farm that we've exposed @memesandstuff superfarm and we believe a prominent whale may be behind it
A Call to Action Against Downvote Abuse on Hive
Bad downvotes on Hive are a growing concern that must be addressed. These downvotes not only discourage users from sharing their real thoughts and ideas but also damage the community as a whole, we see many walk away

The Buildawhale farm scam has been a topic of concern for us, and we've exposed it. However, despite our attempts to bring attention to this issue, it seems that no concrete actions have been taken to address it. This lack of response is puzzling
Let's discuss a more serious issue that affects all on Hive. The prevalence of bad downvotes on Hive is a major concern, and we urge you to speak up if you've been affected by it. Don't be afraid to share your experiences speak up
