Hello everyone. Last week I watched a good movie with my friends. To be honest, I'm not someone who watches a lot of movies/series. Although I didn't like the movie very much at first, I was locked in the movie in the following minutes. I will try to share with you what I remember and I think this will be my first movie post.
The main character of the movie is playing a game on the computer in the morning when one of his friends asks him if he watched the news and then he says that some people on the street have become aggressive and are acting like zombies. The boy opens the window and looks out on the street. He sees people running screaming and attacking each other. In fear, he pulls the curtain and closes the window. He goes back to watching the news again. In the news, it is constantly emphasized that you should not leave the house, that you should avoid zombies. He tries to reach his family in excitement and panic, but he is unsuccessful.
After 3-5 days, the food and drinks in the house start to run out. The psychologically depressed young man tries to focus his attention elsewhere but fails and decides to commit suicide. Just as he hangs himself, a laser light hits his face. Thinking that this light is hope for him, he gets rid of the rope with difficulty. The person reflecting the light is an uninfected girl living in the opposite apartment. Since the distance is a bit far, they meet and communicate through gestures and mimics.

Herkese merhaba. Geçen hafta arkadaşlarla birlikte güzel bir film izledik. Açıkçası çok fazla film/dizi izleyen birisi değilim. Filmi ilk başlarda çok beğenmesem de ilerleyen dakikalarda filme kilitlendim. Aklımda kalanları sizlerle paylaşmaya çalışacağım ve sanırım bu benim ilk film postu olacak.
Filmin ana karakteri sabah bilgisayarda oyun oynarken arkadaşlarından birisi haberleri izlediniz mi? diye soru sorup ardından sokaktaki bazı insanların saldırganlaştığını, zombi gibi hareket ettiklerini söylüyor. Çocuk direk pencereyi açıp sokağa bakıyor. İnsanların çığlık çığlığa koştuğunu birbirlerine saldırdığını görüyor. Korku içinde perdeyi çekip pencereyi kapatıyor. Tekrardan haberleri izlemeye devam ediyor. Haberlerde evden çıkılmaması gerektiği, zombilerden kaçınmak gerektiği sürekli vurgulanıyor. Heyecan ve telaş içinde ailesine ulaşmaya çalışsa da bir türlü başarılı olamıyor.
3-5 gün sonra evdeki yiyecek ve içecekler de tükenmeye başlıyor. Psikolojik bunalıma giren genç dikkatini farklı yerlere vermeye çalışsa da başarılı olamıyor ve intihar etmeye karar veriyor. Tam kendisini astığında yüzüne bir lazer ışığı vuruyor. Bu ışığın kendisi için umut olduğunu düşünerek ipten zorda olsa kurtuluyor. Işığı yansıtan kişi karşı apartmanda oturan, enfekte olmayan bir kız. Mesafe biraz uzak olduğu için jest ve mimiklerle tanışıp iletişim kuruyorlar.

After introductions, the girl asks the boy if he is hungry. He says he hasn't eaten for a long time and he is hungry. With the help of a string, she sends a few pieces of food and drink to the child. After they become more intimate, they make plans to survive together. After both of them go down the street, they fight zombies and barely enter an apartment building. Recognizing their struggle, an uninfected man helps them and takes them in. Later it becomes clear that his real purpose was not to help. The girl realizes from his behavior that he is not an honest person. However, they both eat the food he offers them because they are hungry. After a while they both faint. It is understood that the real purpose of the man who wanted to help them was to feed them to his infected wife. After the girl and the boy sobered up, they somehow got rid of the man and his wife and killed them both. Towards the end of the movie, they hear the sound of a helicopter and make their way to the roof. When they get to the roof, they see that there is no helicopter. Meanwhile, zombies break the door of the roof and start coming towards them. Just as the zombies are about to attack, the helicopter comes and saves the young people.

Tanışma faslından sonra kız, çocuğa aç olup, olmadığını soruyor. Uzun zamandır bir şey yemeğini ve aç olduğunu söylüyor. Çektikleri bir ip yardımıyla çocuğa yiyecek ve içecek birkaç parça besin gönderiyor. Samimiyetleri daha da ilerledikten sonra birlikte kurtulma planları kuruyorlar. İkisi de sokağa indikten sonra zombilerle savaşarak bir apartmana güçlükle giriyorlar. Gençlerin bu mücadelesini fark eden, enfekte olmamış bir adam kendilerine yardım edip evine alıyor. Asıl amacının yardım etmek olmadığı sonradan anlaşılıyor. Kız, şahsın hal ve hareketlerinden dürüst birisi olmadığını anlıyor. Ancak ikram ettiği yiyecekleri aç oldukları için ikisi de yiyor. Bir müddet sonra ikisi de bayılıyor. Yardım etmek isteyen adamın asıl amacının bayılttığı bu gençleri enfekte olan eşine yedirmek olduğu anlaşılıyor. Kız ver erkek ayıldıktan sonra adamdan ve eşinden bir şekilde kurtulup ikisini de öldürüyorlar. Filmin sonlarına doğru bir helikopter sesi duyup çatıya doğru zorda olsa çıkıyorlar. Çatıya çıktıklarında helikopterin olmadığını görüyorlar. Bu esnada zombiler çatının kapısını kırıp üstlerine doğru gelmeye başlıyorlar. Zombiler tam saldıracakken helikopter gelip gençleri kurtarıyor.

In general, I think the movie is trying to show that solidarity and cooperation will bring positive results and that one should never lose hope even in the worst situations. I can safely say that I liked the movie, but it could have been a bit longer and the events could have been presented a bit more complex. I recommend it for those who like to watch action, virus, zombie etc. type movies. See you soon.

Film genel olarak bence, dayanışmanın, işbirliğinin olumlu sonuçlar getireceğini, en kötü durumlarda bile insanın umudunu asla yitirmemesi gerektiği anlatılmaya çalışılıyor. Filmi beğendiğimi gönül rahatlığıyla söyleyebilirim ancak biraz daha uzatılabilir ve olaylar biraz daha karmaşık sunulabilirdi. Aksiyon, virüs, zombi vs türü film izlemeyi sevenler varsa tavsiye ederim. Görüşmek üzere.
