Hello my dear friends of Movies & TV Shows!!! I hope you are having a spectacular day! I finally saw the movie "Inside Out", my conclusion is: I LOVE IT!
It's been a long time since I've seen a movie that fascinated me, and I'm not a fan of cartoon movies, but well, Disney and Pixar are undeniably excellent.
How good it feels to have some moments to go back to the series or movies, I really think it's one of the best entertainments invented by mankind. How enjoyable a good movie is!

Hacía mucho que no veía una película que me fascinara, y yo no soy fan de las película de dibujos, pero bueno, Disney y Pixar son indiscutiblemente excelentes.
Qué bien se siente tener algunos momentos para regresar a las series o películas, de verdad creo que es una de los mejores entretenimientos inventados por la humanidad. Cómo se disfruta una buena película!
Inside Out, as many will know, invites us into the mind of a young girl (Riley) from birth to before puberty.
It shows us how at this age, her mind is dominated by joy, sadness, disgust, fear and anger.
As I interpreted it, the film shows us how a priori, we are born with joy, but then the other emotions appear as responses to internal stimuli, and in this way we form our personality.
In the production we also see the islands of personality, such as family, friendship, favourite sport, antics, which are transformed into major aspects of personality, all connected to each other and managed as well as constructed by these 5 emotions.
Del revés como ya muchos sabrán, nos invita a la mente de una niña (Riley) desde su nacimiento hasta antes de su pubertad.
Nos muestra cómo en esta edad, su mente está dominada por la alegría, la tristeza, el asco, el miedo y la ira.
Como yo lo interpreté, la película nos muestra cómo a priori, naceríamos con alegría, pero luego las otras emociones van apareciendo a modo de respuestas a estímulos internos, y así vamos formando nuestra personalidad.
En la producción también se ven las islas de la personalidad, como la familia, la amistad, el deporte preferido, payasadas, que se transforman en grandes aspectos de la personalidad, todos conectados entre sí y manejados al tiempo que construidos por estas 5 emociones.

Además nos menciona los recuerdos fundamentales que pueden llegar a alterar esta personalidad, y recuerdos que son más o menos importantes y que tienen que estar más o menos disponibles según la niña en este caso, va creciendo.
It is very interesting to see how throughout the film the mind constantly tries to protect the person from harmful, sad, fearful memories, and it is even observed how the mind puts up some resistance to memories that could destabilise Riley.
It is also observed that in a mind that is being formed, these would be the most important emotions that play in the person, and according to how the development is, there will be an emotion that will predominate more. For example Riley has Joy as the commanding one for much of his childhood, but his mum has Sadness and his dad has Anger.
However, life events can cause this to change, and so Riley loses Sadness and Joy for a moment, leaving her commanded by Disgust, Anger and Fear, which in the end can do very little for her, leading to a greyish, dull state.
The ending is beautiful, to see how the 5 emotions work together to keep Riley safe but happy, sad but resilient, with just the right amount of disgust to mark her likes and dislikes as well, is beautiful.
But my favourite moment is when Alegri realises that Sadness is also important for Riley to be happy, and then we see how it all goes hand in hand, how there is no one without the other and how sometimes happiness comes just after a moment of greatest vulnerability.
Es muy interesante ver cómo a lo largo de la película la mente intenta constantemente proteger a la persona de recuerdos dañinos, tristes, temerosos, e incluso se observa cómo la mente pone cierta resistencia a recuerdos que podrían desestabilizar a Riley.
También se observa que en una mente que se está formando, estas serían las emociones más importantes que juegan en la persona, y de acuerdo a cómo sea el desarrollo, habrá una emoción que predominará más. Por ejemplo Riley tiene a la Alegría como comandante durante gran parte de su infancia, pero su mamá tiene a Tristeza y su papá a Ira.
Sin embargo, eventos de la vida pueden hacer que esto cambie, y es así como Riley pierde a Tristeza y a Alegría por un momento, quedando comandada por Asco, Ira y Miedo, que al final pueden hacer muy poco por ella, llevándola a un estado grisáceo, apagado.
El final es hermoso, ver cómo las 5 emociones trabajan juntas para hacer que Riley se mantenga a salvo pero feliz, triste per resiliente, con el asco adecuado para marcar también sus gustos, es muy bello.
Peromi momento preferido es cuando Alegrí se da cuenta de que Tristeza también es importante para que Riley esté feliz, y entonces vemos como todo va de la mano, cómo no hay una cosa sin la otra y como a veces la felicidad aparece justamente después de un momento de mayor vulnerabilidad.

I think this is a film to watch more than once, especially for those of us who like psychology and philosophy. I have a lot left to analyse and now I want to ask my psychologist about this film, hehe.
The team of mental health professionals in this production must be impressive, I think they are geniuses, to have brought these emotions to characters that interact organically with Riley and that all this is understood by the viewer, uf, is a work of art, a marvel.
I wonder what it was like for the children, as I have no nieces, nephews or children at the moment. Did they understand it?
For me as an adult, it's a delight, I can't wait to see the second one! Which is already in theatres. I've been so delighted that I'm even thinking of going to the cinema to find out what happens with this story, hehe.

Creo que es una película para ver más de una vez, en especial para quienes nos gusta la psicología y la filosofía. A mí me ha quedado mucho por analizar y ahora quiero preguntarle cosas a mi psicóloga sobre esta película, jeje.
El equipo de profesionales de la salud mental de esta producción debe ser impresionante, creo que son unos genios, haber llevado estas emociones a personajes que interactúan de manera orgánica con Riley y que todo esto se entienda para el espectador, uf, es toda una obra de arte, una maravilla.
Lo que sí, me pregunto cómo habrá sido para los niños, ya que no tengo sobrinos ni hijos por el momento. ¿La habrán entendido?
Para mi como adulta, es una delicia, estoy ansiosa por ver la segunda! Que ya está en cartelera. He quedado tan encantada que estoy hasta pensando en ir al cine para saber qué pasa con esta historia, jeje.

Hola amiga, esta es una de las mejores películas animadas que he visto por la manera como lograron recrear todo eso, además es increíble como las emociones tiene un gran papel en cada una de las personas y más aun cuando está en proceso de crecimiento, ya que van saliendo nuevas y sobre todo como se tiene que afrontar todo eso.
