Secret Magic Control Agency; Hansel and Gretel.

In the world where family and work are important, questions like which needs to come first always come into play and in the world of animation where everything is made possible is where I found another gem displayed, waiting patiently to be watched. Recently, I have been more focused on animated movies than recent human movies in the industry, as I don't seem to know or want to know what is going on with movies nowadays.

Therefore, in the midst of working and finding time to relax, I dedicated my time to watching this movie. The name Hansel and Gretel was the first push I needed to go ahead with the download, including the fact that it is animated because I am a huge fan.

The moment I pressed the download button, I got my mind prepared and as free as possible to enjoy the movie.

Movie title: Secret Magic Control Agency (Smac) originated from Hansel and Gretel.

Genre: Adventure and Comedy.

Release date: 18 March 2021 (Russia).

The story began in a castle where a king was kidnapped just 2 days before his birthday by some sort of magic. In those eras, magic was the main thing people used for amusement which means there were a lot of magicians around to find out who might have kidnapped the king and the reason why the person or persons did.

Just like every other country would protect the secret of the president being abducted in his country so as to not start a chaos, the head guard decided to do the same and met with Agent Stepmother who controls the Secret magic agency for help to find the king before his birthday.

Agents were sent on a mission with their priority set straight. Different magicians were held, searched, and questioned just to know if there'll be any hint to find the King, but all their effort always met with a dead end. Not even the most outstanding agent, Gretel could find the king on her own. Therefore an outsider who was known to be a charlatan to the Secret Magic Control Agency but a well known magician to the people was arrested by no one other than his sister Gretel who was ready to keep her brother, Hansel in check and stop his cheating behavior.

Agent Godmother asked the duos (Hansel and Gretel) to be partners on the mission to locate and rescue the King but, the two of them weren't in talking stage to form a partnership but had no choice to Semi-partner up when they knew what they would get.

As Hansel and Gretel began their journey, they met a lot of obstacles on their way, was turned back to kids by a magical potion, was held captive by a witch and almost turned to a fish by the mermaid. And as they journeyed together to save the King from his kidnapper, Gretel, who never got to like her brother, realized something about family and work life, unknown sacrifices made and the need to have a partner.

My thoughts.

I really don't know how to say this but this was an interesting piece of work. The scenes and dialogue were on point, and as a parent, you can sit down comfortably with your kids and watch with them or even let them watch alone.

For every anime lover, I recommend this movie, and the rate is 7/10. You can check it out too, and let's see what you think about it.
