When It comes to let's see a movie sort of thing, I am always ready to dive in. I am a movie lover no doubt as I love seeing good and quality made movies with actors that makes me smile just by seeing their name among the cast.

Someone like Jackie Chan makes my minutes worth it whenever I see his movie. The settings are always superb as it is mostly village styled but, I must confess I love the city movie style too.

Let's speak on the village settings first. I don't know about you, but movies in village settings speak deeply on cultures and traditions. It is a sort of history made in a play and it shares light on a lot of things, especially those we may sometimes believe to be superstitious.

Every village setting have a cultural impact on the viewers as I'll say words like;

I know of this culture on how people do this and that and the traditional practice of these people.

Village scene enlightens us of the pre-colonial era and it is very interesting seeing how people behaved when there was no technology on display. How they do things that would have required technology usage with smiles on their faces. And how they fought endlessly for their freedom.

Settings where women are meant to just nod and only engage in the household ways instead of the modernized way ongoing in this era.

Backing off from the village setting, let's speak on the city settings in movies.

This style is very cool and you get to see what's happening in the world. It is interesting seeing how advanced some countries are in their technology and how lacking others are.

When I see movies like this, I am always awed and thoughts like, how did they make things look so real takes hold of my mind even knowing that whatever they did was good editing.

City-like settings always have this modern beauty to it that makes us glued to the TV like our life depends on what happens next. It is quite interesting too and fashionably made to make the viewers smile at the white lie used.

City settings in movies tell us about our modern technology and what is likely to happen in some years time which is literally mind blowing. There are some technologies shown that make you want to live long to see them happening and there are others which are... No way!

Now, if I am to choose between the village and city movie setting, well at this junction, it is going to be impossible to choose because each has a uniqueness to it and that's what that matters. Those uniqueness are meant to be seen and I appreciate each of them.

Therefore, I am ending this with;

I de go with the two pepperoni beauties

Before I finally end this, let's see some trailers of the Village settings, City settings and Village/City settings

Here we have the City/Village scene.

Here's the Village scene.

And finally, the City settings.

Village settings teach us about the cultural heritage of a particular people and city based settings show us how advanced some countries are in their technological derivations and innovations. I can't pick amongst the two, as I enjoy both a lot.

I am with you, we follow the pepperoni dey go,hehehe

Village settings and the cultural and historical backgrounds are what makes them intriguing for me too, I like that I get to imagine well enough how life was before technology.

I'm not able to see the videos you shared or maybe it's my network but yeah, I know very well how different and good they are depending on my mood to see them.

Thanks for participating in the prompt 💯

You sure get it babe. The historical background makes you smile.

It must be. The first one is Shanghai and the ten rings. The second, Jackie Chan snake in the shadows and the third Fast and furious.

I've used the data I'm supposed to manage to see the trailers you included. Lol

Both settings play their respective roles. No one trumps the other.

That's why I want to showcase the pre colonial period and I choose village style as you have mentioned that it is way to show women who are engaged in their household and deepen in the traditions and culture.

Thats good for you. I hope you get to enjoy more of those shows. Thanks for stopping

I’ll say it is hard to choose between the two. Village setting has some benefit like cultural diversity.

But movie setting is always funn
