The trailer got my impression at first glance because of the graphics. Everything looked very realistic.
Recently, I watched a web series. The name of the web series is "Avatar, the Last Air Bender.".
This web series is based on a cartoon that I used to watch when I was a kid. The cartoon's name was also "Avatar." So basically, this web series is just a live-action version of that cartoon.
Just like the "One Piece" anime, it's a live-action web series. "Avatar, the Last Air Bender" was released on February 22, 2024. So it is a totally new web series.
not as old as the cartoon. I haven't finished watching the whole web series yet. But I know the whole story because I watched the cartoon when I was a kid. I watched only 5 episodes of the web series because I did not get the time to watch them all. I had some work to do, so I will finish watching it as soon as I get free. But I have to praise the director and all the people behind the cast.
They really did a great job. Everything was up to the mark. The CGI, the editing, the story, and the character developments. I loved every single thing about it. The story is based on supernatural powers, like the four big nations (the Fire Nation, the Earth Kingdom, the Water Tribes and the Air Nomads), and they all have four different elements (fire, earth, water, and air) of power. The fire nation's people can do fire bending; they can create fire and bend it however they like to use it.
Then there's the air nation's people, who can do air bending, and so on, the two countries can do water bending and earth bending. Not everyone has the power to use these bending superpowers, and they also can't use or learn other bending techniques. But there is one character who can use all four elements. His name is Aang, and he's my favourite character, not just because he's smart but also because he's funny.
He always helps his friends. Even though he's over a hundred years old, he sometimes acts like a kid, which makes me laugh so hard every time. He has some kind of pet that is really massive. He's one of my favourites, not to mention he's just too good. Hats off to the people who worked to give Aang's a really nice look. Sokka has to be the most funny character in the series. He does dumb things all the time. But at times, he does something that no one could believe. At the beginning of the web series, I thought he was just a stupid character who was going to die soon. Because he looked dumb at first.
But later on in the story, he contributed a lot, and not just him. I loved how his sister mastered her water bending that fast and used it to help her friends. It's one of my favourite web series because I did learn a lot of things, like how to be positive in hard times and not give up. Over all, the show was great. I would rate this movie 9.3 out of 10.
