A Quiet Place: If They Hear You, They Hunt You!
Suppose I am to mention watching a movie that got me carried away to the extent that I feel like getting into my phone and putting some things in place in those movies. A quest place is one of them. So interesting and suspenseful.
The first movie that gave me that experience was Purge Anarchy. The day I watched that movie, I felt like having a gun, silently getting in the movie and clearing all of those wicked souls in the movie. The movie got me pondering about why a country would have to do such celebrations yearly. Just a few hours to sweep off the country. That’s crazy.
Later on, I got to realize that it was the doing of the higher ones in power. It was like a game time for them and they were really having fun with it. That's how crazy the position of power might later appear to be in the long run.
The plot
A Quiet Place was all about a family that found themselves in an endangered situation, they had to survive the odds of some blind creatures. These creatures are sound-sensitive since they can see. But any form of sound was a reason for them to attack so as to guarantee their chance of survival too.
When a family has to live on signs and signals, they walk on their toes every day of their life. The whole city was attacked by these creatures, and a lot of lives were gone, because many couldn’t understand that the sound itself was what was attracting those creatures.
But even the appearance of the creature right in front of you is enough to make you scream, then you scream and you are gone. The only survivors became the main cast of the movie.
At some point I really felt like helping out, there was a scene where the mother was trying to pick up something and then she didn't want it to make a sound. She never knew there was a nail pointing upwards, her next step was on the nail and it passed through her feet.
Oh my God! Even if I were in the movie I might have gotten swallowed by the creature. The level of scream I made out of pity, instead of her to shout, she took to pains so silently. That was crazy.
She only moaned silently and expressed the pains from other parts of her body apart from opening her mouth.
Another scene was when she had to give birth and their hiding place had already been flooded. I have a lot of pity for her condition. The suspense there was how would they cope with the baby not crying.
The husband had to play a game of risk but used himself as bait so she could birth without fear. Not really a zombie type of movie, but it's just having a sprinkle of horror in it.
In conclusion
Watching a movie without sounds somehow appears. But A quiet place is no different. The plot twists were so amazing, and it also had an interesting storyline till the second part was out. All the actors in the movie also played their roles well. If I rank the movie on a scale of 10 then I will be ranking it a 7/10. Recommended to those who love thrillers and adventures.
